I was really looking forward to this iron. I bought it to replace my wand cause I'm tired of burning myself and wanted something with a clip. Trusting that it would work, I used for the first time to curl my daughters' hair for a photo shoot (that I paid good money for) and their hair was flat by the time we made it to the studio 15 minutes away from our house. I used the exact methods and spray as my wand that would have held fine. I'm super disappointed and will be returning. Pictures attached of both girls hair about 30-45 minutes after curling and another after about an hour back at home- totally flat. They were FULLY CURLED with spray before leaving the house.

It is a great product. This is the 2nd one I have bought. The first one lasted over 5 years before the spring became too loose to hold my hair. Durable and the extended barrel works great for my long hair.

Love the extended barrel, excellent for curling larger sections and longer hair. My two issues are the plastic end of the barrel is hard and smooth, it slips because you can’t get a firm grip, and gets very hot. My chi iron doesn’t do that, it has a soft rubber end great for gripping, and it’s fully heat resistant. Second. The cord is a bit too short, wish it was 6 inches longer to have room all around the client’s chair, rather than having to turn the chair to accommodate the length. Other than those two issues, it’s an excellent iron and works extremely well!

I like the long barrel as I have medium length hair and I don’t have to “stack” hair to fit it all on the barrel. I like the 1” diameter because my hair is hard to get to hold a curl on even a 1.25” barrel, the curl is too loose and falls out. This one is great. It heats up fast and has various heat settings, a swivel cord……It’s Babyliss……what’s not to love!

Best curling iron I've ever owned. Heats super fast and has halved the time it usually takes to curl medium to long hair. The weight and feel of the product is indicative that the materials and construction are hight quality and meant to last. Well worth the money.

I paid a lot for this and I'm pretty disappointed that I had to throw it away after less than 6 months. It gets very hot-(which is why I bought it - wanted a faster curl) but I found the high heat fried my hair anyway. I'll buy a cheaper model. an't recommend.
