I always by flax seeds whole and grind them in my coffee grinder. I do a small batch at a time and keep them in the freezer to stop the oils going rancid. I sprinkle them on my Greek yogurt and mixed nuts or add them to protein smoothies to get added fibre and boost my omega 3 fatty acids. This product is always good quality, it’s about the 4th time or ordering them. And the bag lasts a long time. Very happy with this product.

The product is great, the delivery was catastrophic. The driver knocked at my door, and although there is a clear sign to wait for me, he went away without a word or a card to tell me where the item was. Furthermore, he said he left the item behind the wheelie bin and it was inside. Only today, going on the website, I saw that the item resulted delivered. Every Wednesday (yesterday) we have a bin collection. Luckily yesterday was the turn of the black bin, otherwise my things would have gone in the trash. On top of that, the driver went to the wrong house and to come to mine left two gates open in a high wind day. Terrible! For the future, it’s easier to put things in the garden container on the side of the house.

Bit tasteless but great value for money and do what they're intended. Know they're doing me some good!
