Makita 195858-1 Trimmer Head

Fits nicely and works well. Don’t often use the strimmer so this lasts me a very long time and if good value for money.

Good strimmer cable.A little fiddly to replace the existing spool but nothing too crazy. Probably a combination of the spool and the strimmer but the self feed function is hit and miss

I have used my Makita strimmer with the original spool and line since I purchased it over a year go - which I think is pretty impressive. When the line ran out, rather than just purchase line I thought I'd get the spool/line combined. Mistake. I don't know how much line was actually on the spool but it was all used up in less than a week! The blurb says the spool accepts 20' of line, but I don't know if there was actually that much on, and at the price I think I will buy line only in future and rewind the spool myself. Not impressed.

Thought it was strumming great as was auto feeding, however would get stuck every few minutes and needed removing and refixing.Have used original spool for over 1 year, this lasted 1 cut - abysmal.Would return if could (still may try) Joke it lasted as short a time as it did.
