No, the Sitka Dakota Hoody does not have the high hand pockets, the Duck Oven jacket does have the high hand pockets. Hope this helps.

Q: I’m 6’3” 190lbs, wondering what size I should get. Usually wear larg tall but that’s not offered . Just don’t want it to be to bulky or too short ?

With Sitka outer layers like this I get one size up from my base layers. So I’m my opinion an xl would be the size for your build. They do offer large tall sizes but you have to either go through Sitka’s website or find another vendor that carry’s it
