Just got it. Too soon to tell how it will hold up in use. But looks perfect so far.
I like to be unbiased and accurate with any reviews I give. If it's crap, I say so. But when it's a very good product, people need to know so they can choose wisely. This is a very good product. Definitely get the safe WITH the Carry Pack. Super deal. The lifepod is very well made. Exactly what I wanted for travel. Simple to use, light, waterproof, compact and has key to backup any failure of the electronics. Comes with lock cable and the carry pack has an additional lock cable with a combo padlock. Carry pack has numerous zippered compartments and is designed well. Again, just makes sense to get the combo with the pack. Very pleased with the purchase.

Great idea
I use the bag/box setup to store my CCW firearm in my truck while I'm at work. This combo comes with multiple cables to attach however you want. I connected mine with the thinner cable to my truck seat and tuck it underneath. Does the trick. Solid box, looks good. The bag is a nylon material similar to a heavy rain jacket. Well made and has just enough storage for other EDC items. Highly recommended.

A secure handgun vault that is lightweight and reportedly water proof/floats.
While I haven't tried its water tight nature, the vault has proven to be a good starting place to house a handgun securely in a bedside table while allowing rapid access. It also packs away nicely for transport. I have recommended to friends searching for a one-handgun security container (to keep them out of hands of lil ones, etc.)

Works very well
Worked very well. Was able to keep gun in and not have it move around. Was very stable and tight. Had a little problem on programming but had to use You Tube to program.
