Dear customer, Thanks for your question. The main difference is handle. USAGA customer service

Will this get tangled in really curly hair?

I don’t think so because you’re basically going to the scalp but I would be careful when you finish. Don’t just pull it out

Where is the country of origin/where is it manufactured?

Dear customer, it’s manufacturered in China , under our QC and pre-shippment inspection. The product is designed and branded in USA.

Does this come with a back scratcher too?

Yes, the product does come with an awesome back scratcher. This product it totally awesome. I bought one to see how effective it was, and I love the 28 fingers massage. This product totally does what it says and more. It is relaxing, and a wonderful self-care product for your health, scalp and gentle plus well made. I purchased five more for gifts and everyone absolutely loves the 28 fingers. Best head massage on the market and a wonderful self-care product for relaxing your mind, your head and body. Enjoy!
