Homecall 30085 Beach Folding camping chair Alu with textilene blue, 65 cm*56 cm*65 cm

I have been looking for this style of chairs for a while, the usual camping chairs are too flimsy for my taste.The frame of these beauties is aluminium (so light) and are easy to fold, if I could criticise something is that they could fold a bit smaller -but I am being picky.The plastic mesh that makes the seat and backrest are ok, I think they won't last an eternity, but I discovered the frame can be taken apart so they could potentially be replaced with canvas when the mesh breaks -if you are crafty or know someone with a sewing machine- quite pleased by this, I can't stand disposable stuff.The armrests are covered in foam and are comfy, but the material will eventually break I imagine (cue sewing machine again).The height of these chairs may be an issue with people with limited mobility, as they are quite low and require a bit of quad strength to lower yourself without falling (heehee), it was amusing seeing my very tall husband trying to sit in these, like watching a giraffe drink water (while I was more like a hippo!).To summarise: these are nice and should last quite a few years with a few mods, they fit in the boot of the car, and should make your camping/beach trips more comfortable!

Perfect chair for the beach and light weight as well. Chair is sterdy and comfortable. Only issue I see, which doesn't impact me, is it may be to low for some to get down to.I highly recommend for those that don't have mobility issues.

Lightweight easy to carry chair. Folds well so as not to take up too much space. Hangs nicely on garage wall. V comfortable

I wanted a low chair for sunny days in the back garden to use alongide a wind break and this was ideal. The chair itself is of an attractive design and is well made. The metal frame is sturdy yet light and I have found it very easy to fold or unfold : in about two seconds. The platic material for the seat is good quality and strong. A particularly good feature is the wide seat. The chair folds back up flat easily after use and is very light to carry. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a low chair for use in the garden, while camping or at the beach.

I bought this for my husband who weighs 12 stone to use on holiday on a Sandy beach in France After 7 days it broke. The seat is held in place by a rubber strand encased in metal. This came out on one side & we were unable to mend it as it stretched. Yes the chair is light weight but I would also add very fragile. It was very expensive so I thought it would be good quality. Clearly not & I would not recommend it

Very nice solid chair, folds easily, doesn't take up much storage space, and is lightweight for carrying around. I'm really pleased with it.

Much too low and bulky a purchase i regreted
