Would have given 5⭐ but for the fact it does not have a specific hydraulic fluid filler . In all aspects it performed well and pleased with the quality with value for money .

Although on my drive this felt slow, it actually does a good job, stable lift and to a good height. The impact driver makes light work of the wheel nuts , both undoing and doing up. A variety of adapters are there for different valves and a pair of gloves are a nice touch. Clear operating buttons. However the motor does not turn off when the unit reaches it limits. As this unit shouldn't be left unattended, it's not a problem though. Unless you are a macho man who likes to demonstrate his power this unit will make life easier for you. Good strong sturdy box and velcro to stop it moving about in the boot.

Dear Seller & Amazon Customer Service, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a car jack that I purchased from Amazon approximately nine months ago. I used this jack for only the second time, and during normal use it suffered a catastrophic failure. The jack was positioned correctly under the designated lifting point of my vehicle and was placed on a stable, solid surface. Despite being used correctly, it suddenly lowered on its own and slipped out from under the vehicle without any warning. As a result, my vehicle fell unexpectedly. The jack completely collapsed and was destroyed. The incident caused damage to my car, including bent cooling and air conditioning radiators. Most importantly, I narrowly escaped serious injury, as I managed to get out from underneath the vehicle just in time. Had I reacted a few seconds later, the consequences could have been life-threatening. I am extremely disappointed with the quality and safety of this product. My vehicle weighs approximately 2,300 kg, which is within the advertised lifting capacity of the jack. Under these circumstances, such a dangerous failure should never have occurred. This raises serious concerns about a possible manufacturing defect or inadequate quality control. I expect Amazon to investigate this matter thoroughly, as this product poses a significant safety risk to customers. I am requesting: Reimbursement of the product A full refund for the defective car jack. Compensation for the damage caused to my vehicle. A full explanation of how such a dangerous product was allowed to be sold and whether this failure may have resulted from a manufacturing defect. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution of this serious matter.

Love product but should be sold with optional holster to secure in boot. Product weighs a ton and needs strapping down.

Basically a handy bit of kit but not without its faults, the jack and gun are good but the pump is slow, noisy and needs a clip on attachment for the air hose rather than the screw on type

Per la mia esperienza è un pessimo prodotto. effettivamente quando l'ho aperto non ho avuto l'impressione di qualità, infatti dopo solo tre utilizzi si è rotto perdendo completamente il suo olio. Peggio è l'assistenza, perchè ci sta che si possa rompere, ma mi aspettavo la sostituzione o riparazione, invece nonostante le mie richiesta di supporto ti rispondono solo che stanno prendendo in esame il problema ma di fatto non aggiungono altro. In definitiva a distanza di quasi due mesi ho il cric inutilizzabile.

Replacing brake pads on three cars, I thought I would buy this. It exceeds expectations. The jack ran strong, lifted an X5, an RDX and an Armada. A bit short for the Armada but a 2x6 fixed that. No problems. NOTE: The impact wrench took a minute to figure out. You press the button and it spins up internally. When it reaches liftoff speed it engages and the socket spins like crazy till it hits refusal on tightening. When it stops, do it again and it will tighten a bit more. Hit it a couple more times and you may not get it off. I put a long pull handle on the lug bolts to be certain they were tight and not one budged. I would be glad to recommend.

Overall the product is just what I was needing since my car did not come with a spare tire or tools to replace a flat. The only thing this kit could be missing is a tire patch kit but that wasn't advertised so no loss in rating there. The case is super sturdy and has both reflectors on it and velcro so it doesn't fly around in the back of your trunk, super nice touch!
