Skateboard Rails Old School Plastic with Mounting Screws by Black Diamond

The rails are quality but the hardware that comes with it is trash. Will strip put your hole or pull out of the board really easily. And if you test one before you actually put it on your board you will see that there is no way to get the screw to go in further than about 1/16th-1/8th of an inch. So basically it only goes into the first ply. I switched out the hardwear to some wood screws I had lying around that were about 3/8ths of an inch long and they have worked way better. Also, you couldn’t get it tight enough and not strip the wood out to stop it from making lots of noise while doing tricks. The new screws solved that problem. Now it’s quiet and attached well.

I'm an old boarder who uses Rails for extra purposes. 1 high quality and great service. 2 if you had rails previously use your original screws. If you didn't the included screws work perfectly. Do NOT try to use the new screws in old holes. Lol. Basic size engineering is beyond many of the reviewers. Note the also work great for their intended purpose

Rails are rails but the hardware sent with it was terrible.Countersink screws instead panheads shown.I knew it was sketchy but installed them anyway.Fell off within ten minutes.Ending up putting wood glue into the screw holes and construction adhesiving it to my board.My son and I have 3 boards with the Bones rails on them and they’re solid.Get the Bones rails. (I just liked the color of these Diamond rails so I tried them.)

Very easy to install. I just installed santa cruz slimelines on my son's board and it was hell trying to sink all 5 screws to make the rails flush. These rails were flush in just a few turns. Better screws and less plastic to dig through.

The included hardware was junk.

Don’t bother with these. Get rib bones rails. These screws suck.

They do the job they were made for! They slide and are easy to grab. Nice bright color. Easy to install.

This works perfectly on my son’s skateboard.
