Does this run D8, pretty much can't run tiny whoops with this thing?

X7 ACCESS is built in without D8 mode.You need to install another external XJT module.

Can I use this on mac computer as simulator?

I only run windows but from what I know it should work perfectly fine.

What cable/adapter do I need to buy to use this with a simulator running on Windows 10?

You'll need a usb 2.0 to connect via usb to your pc. Same cord ps3 uses to charge it's controllers. My radio came with one.
