I’m trying to get in contact with CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve had this since January. I can’t find any way to contact them. One of the wheels broke. It was absolutely wonderful until this wheel bent, and I don’t know how to replace it or where to get the replacement or if there’s anything else I can do so if CUSTOMER SERVICE reads this, please contact me. Thank you. I would definitely recommend this but keep whatever they send you and maybe buy extra wheels. I don’t know this might just be mine.I just wanna say thank you to this company as soon as I messaged this, I messaged them they asked for my address immediately and are sending me what I need. They were quick to respond and help me out. I definitely recommend the stool.

This is a good seat with wheels. The base is solid cast metal. The wheels are great. The pneumatic pump is doing a job nicely. The only thing I would advise against is maybe not buying a white one. I bought a white one and it looks like a real dirt trap. Also, after I bought this, I BBB found out that there was a model available with a back on it. I wish I’ve known that earlier. No matter, this is a great little stool.

Easy to assemble. Functional, feels safe and steady. Wheels roll smoothly over carpet. Easy height adjustment lever. This is a good looking stool - I am cautiously optimistic the stitching in the cushion cover will last the repeated use our stool see (physical therapy practice).

One of my associates used this stool for 3 days a week for 6 months and the stool height would no longer stay stable. We originally bought these stools because they could be adjusted to a taller height than most similar stools and appeared to be well built. Now you can adjust the height, but immediately upon sitting on it, it sinks to the bottom of the cylinder. The associate weighs 200 pounds at most so he is well below the indicated maximum weight for this stool.**** Update: After posting the above review, the company immediately emailed me to send a replacement cylinder. I was not expecting that and was very pleasantly surprised. That is standing behind your product and I am grateful. Excellent and easy customer service. I hadn't even contacted the manufacturer, and they followed up just from the review.

Perfect. Just what I needed. I use it to roll from cage to bage as I feed the lower cages of my birds.
