These are great vitamins. They’ve increased in price quite a bit, but I guess most items have.

Great all around vitamin
I live in the Pacific Northwest and I needed something that would give me an immune boost but also vitamin D since we get little sun. My doctor recommended me this and it’s been working so far. The capsule has this earthy taste to it but it’s not bad.

You never know if it's working until it isn't. So far, so good
There is nothing to like or dislike except that it covers three bottles with one (keeps the cost down) and the doses are good

The effectiveness of this item
For me, the swallowing was easy but for my teenager, it was like swallowing a large fist.The flavor is great! Once absorbed, it’s working in my system with ease.
