These are great to have on a mountain bike ride!! Also, work on long road or gravel bike rides. I like the taste and the big boost to keep me going.

Great product that gives me energy. I have dental crowns and I’ve never had a problem. The ones that have caffeine are definitely my favorite. Quick carbs gives a nice boost for tennis and running.

Wonderful product and shipping experience. I got a variety of cliff blocks in the shipment which will help in my training experience. Some have caffeine, some have electrolytes, some have both. I’m enjoying trying them all! The blocks are gummies but they dissolve well with a swig of water. Not overly sugary, and they hold up in hot summer conditions.

These are great! A lil hesitant at first, not all gels are created equal. A couple of the flavors do have caffeine (blackberry and ?). You eat a block (6 of them) for each hour you train. I like the margarita gel, it contains more sodium (which does make a difference. No, you won’t feel the jolt or a wave of energy. It just keeps you going at a steady rate. I consume the regular (with no extra stuff) post workout. These are not meal replacements. Do drink plenty of water when consuming them. I keep them in the trunk of my car, so they do hold well, not sticky like sugar but is a little tacky. I ordered more of the margarita, green apple and strawberry.

Love these for hiking. Unfortunately they included 2 sets of Margarita flavor and they tasted terrible-yuck. Threw those out! The rest are excellent tasting and I use them when taking a long hike. I do recommend them-just not the margarita flavor!

I bought this for my half marathon. So far I have ran 2 half marathons in last 6 months and these energy chews were very helpful. Around mile 7, I start taking one almost every two miles so I can keep going. It does have caffeine in it, so if your body is not used to caffeine it can make you jittery. I drink coffee on regular basis, so it was fine for me. Also for my second marathon, I chewed one that was already opened and the chew was hard and sticky because it was left out. I feel like my filling was going to come off Overall, I will still buy the products again. The taste is good too and tastes like jelly candy. I much rather chew the energy chew then the energy jells.

Great texture very good quality and great tasting. These provide good energy on rides and runs. They’re easy to use.

previously using gels but I found this works best for me in endurance races (ultra trail runs, bike). Value for money as they are about sgd2.70 for 200 calories which I consume every 30 to 45 minutes. also found them easy to eat vs gels which are sticky/messy. for drink powder you got to carry the mix and mix it with water. didn't cause any stomach upsets. tried tailwind, gu roctane/ hammer gels but like these more.
