The bench was delivered on time and by two operatives, who were polite and helpful. It came in two packages, the sides were separate from the seat and back. The construction was fairly simple, but requires two people at times. The little Allen key is the only tool required, but it is fragile and will twist out of shape if used with too much force and I did have to resort to using a tool from my ratchet set. The result is a very classy bench, which looks good in our court yard garden. Well worth the money paid for this model of bench, which is of good quality and sturdiness. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Love it, so comfortable to sit on and the curved back makes such a difference. No it was not the cheapest bench on Amazon but it looked the best and certainly is not cheap thin wood either. Very easy to assemble resulting in a solid built bench. In line with the super sturdy park benches. In fact that doesn’t do it justice it’s far better than park benches. Great purchase.

Good quality 2 seater bench.Easy to assemble. We had a problem when unpacking as carton was open at one end when carrier delivered. Upon examination screws and instructions were missing. Contacted seller , quick to sort out emailed instructions and within 2 days received a complete pack of screws and fittings. Good seller.

Seems sturdy enough, i am a hefty bloke and needed something for the back yard. Took my weight fine, can fit two people on this fine. Building process was a tad fiddly and the allen key was stripped by completion. Hopefully you have a spare thats of higher quality as we switched over and found it alot easier.

Well built and solid. Looks good. Instruction not bad but could be a bit clearer but actually not that much to do to put it together.

I'm writing this on my mums account as she brought this bench for my birthday. This bench needs at least 3 people to assemble it. It's not easy and the instructions are useless. Do not start with step 1, start with step 2 otherwise the seat is impossible to fit into the slots. If you turn the screws too tightly the wood splits. Ours came already with a long split in it where one of the screws is supposed to go in the bar where the arms fit onto. The wood is very soft and we ended up with another bit of wood coming off the back rest because it is so difficult to fit into the slots without really pushing it in. Not impressed at all. To be honest, the amount of time it took us to assemble along with the issues we had with the wood splitting, it's annoyed me so much I don't even want to sit on it.

Some of the holes required for asssembly were not drilled out correctly and needed adjustment.One of the dowells was broken.Some timber chipped on edge.This bench should have been sold as a "second".The tool to assist with assembly was as usuefull as a "chocokate teapot.What was more annoying that having paid £217 for it within a day or two it was reduced by 10% .Once assembled the bench looks good and luckily all the faults are not seen.It was what we needed to replace an existing bench.

Very impressed with the build quality. Strong and sturdy.
