Q: Can I wear these around my neck and just pull them up when I cut something?

They are made to go on your face infront of your eyes and above the ears if you want to put them around your neck that's probably okay just ask your supervisor first ... Yes they will absolutely fit around your neck

Q: Seller, Is there a listing for the elastic strap replacement?

Not that I know of. I lost my strap and ended up ordering a new set just for the strap.

Q: Can you take the lens out?

No not the lenses. The gasket frame that seals to your face is removable.
