I have really noticed a difference with these vitamins- and I've never noticed feeling better just by taking a vitamin- but I noticed I felt better- more energy, sleeping better, feeling more awake, even calmer, witin the first week of taking these. I notice when I miss a day. I love these vitamins- they are definately the best multi's you can buy for less than 20$. also- I'm GF so its good to note that these contain no wheat. I do love this vitamin. Easy to take, gentle on my stomach, and packed with everything I need for daily health. I've had a positive experience with them and would definitely recommend them to other women looking for a reliable daily vitamin. It gives great energy especially if you workout.

Short and sweet. I adore this muliti-vitamin but I do agree there are pros and cons to consider. One of the biggest selling points for me is just how comprehensive this multivitamin is for women. There is so much packed into this pill and it really is the best one I have tried. I am someone who has truly noticed a huge difference in how I feel overall when I take these, my energy level, the health of my nails (& the thickness of my nails) when I take these regularly. Officially, I am sold and will continue to take these now without venturing and trying other pills.. Nothing compares. When I have ventured the first difference I noticed was the health of my nails. They broke so easily and they weren't as thick. About me.. you should know that swallowing pills has never been a issue for me.. if that's a issue for you then I am not sure this would be a good idea because this pill is larger than most in my opinion. Go for a smaller pill or a gummy vitamin. I don't have a great immune system & I get sick at the drop of a hat. I moved to the UP of Michigan and the weather here can be brutal. These multivitamins have been so helpful for me. When I take them regularly as I should then I notice a boost in my immune system even when I don't take a extra vitamin C pill. One con for me is that the pills can make you sick to your stomach if you don't eat a meal with them. I guess on the flip side this ensures I don't skip breakfast but I am also someone who is a avid breakfast person lol. I would absolutely recommend taking these with food so that your stomach doesn't get upset. I don't like the feeling of taking them without food.

Alive is one of the best affordable multivitamins I found. And have been using them for many years. The only thing I've noticed which I would suggest is not to get the 50 count because the vitamin milligrams content is different in those for whatever reason maybe they're more guided to selling in just supermarkets and stores that I've seen. I also purchase the Men's 50 plus multivitamin for myself. The man's is a little more pricier than the women's. But both have gone up in price in the last six to eight months so when you get a sale that is the best time just keep an eye out for it in your safe for later after adding to your cart every time you come back to your cart it will list a price change. It does have a good balance of different added ingredient blends that I have had no side effects from whatsoever.

I’ve tried many different multivitamins but I keep coming back to this one because it works. It gives me energy. I usually take them midday or after my first meal.

I just ordered my bottle yesterday.I just received it today and I did read most reviews here before taking it.Some where a little scary for me (upset stomach) reviews. So I took causion and only took a half of it with my dinner instead of the whole tablet.Its been 5 hrs now since I took half and I feel amazing no stomach issues nothing except only dry mouth that is all. I ordered this because I don't eat much (I am a solid woman) but I'm not huge . I absolutely love milk but barely drink it , I don't eat much only mostly once a day (dinner) I do take 3 different meds for my major depressive disorder and again before I took it I did look up on medications interactions to see if there was any with the meds I'm on (all good to go😊) my body has a hard time absorbing vitimen D I used to always be put on vitimen C,D pills because they were always low I used to be on iron pills because I am animic also . So far I know it may sound a little crazy but I'm always sleepy no matter time of day to the point I'm sleeping sitting up lol!! (Yes for real) but I'm not sleepy now lol! . And to had I had my gallbladder taken out 8yrs ago but always deal with everything passing through the minute I eat (most cases) some days 1,2 times others 3-5 a day it's crazy but I feel great so I believe this will be the multivitamin I will stick too since it has everything your body truly needs . I never buy at a store because they contain so many other things that aren't so great for your body.So point is this multivitamin is truly a blessing. I know alot of you had stomach issues with it (me one of the lucky ones) but I have always done well with iron , vitimen A,C and D and iron pills . I did eat with it so I had no issues at all just the constant dry mouth but that is minor .So yes this multivitamin is amazing I will keep taking it. And yes it's big but it was so easy to cut (no struggle at all). Will be stay on half tablet for now and see down the line if full pill will benefit but for now half is just rite for me ! 😊

They taste a little funny and are huge, but they're worth the trouble. I'd switched to gummy vitamins at the start of the pandemic because I just wanted to have a multi. Later, I realized that so many things were missing from gummy vitamins so I was purchasing more vitamin supplements to make up for what the gummies didnt have (Vit D, Mag, etc). Anyway, these are perfect. They have a large amount of the vitamins I really require in them ... however ... they are pretty hard on your stomach. Let's be honest. Every single vitamin says you need to eat a full meal and drink a full glass of water with the vitamin. DO NOT PLAY AROUND WITH THIS! If you don't have a full meal and water, you will feel like crap until you eat enough for the vitamin to work with. Outside of that, these are great. I plan on continuing taking them. UPDATE: Ive since stopped taking them but am going to repurchase. I ran out and Amazon didnt have any on Prime shipping so I decided to purchase the regular Alive Women's multi. While its good and the pills are smaller, it doesnt do what this Ultra Potency did for me. I originally bought it because I was supplementing too many things for my numb limbs. 2 limbs randomly go numb when I sleep if I dont have enough B12, Potassium, and Magnesium. Since taking the regular Alive, the numbness has come back. So since Amazon still doesnt have my Ultra Potency on Prime, I'll have to find them elsewhere. I will never go without this vitamin again.

I love this multivitamin! It has so many great nutrients in one tablet and has become a staple in my daily wellness routine. Easy to take and a great value.
