Flojet(20381-039 Quad Demand Port KIT 1/2" NPT

These are much heavier wall thickness than the ones that came with the pump. The constant high pressure and low pressure of the starting and stopping of the pump caused the molding seam to leak.

Shipped quick. quality product.However, the item received is actually (Flojet 20381041 Quad x 1/2" NPT Port Kit) not the one listed. the difference is the ones I received are ever so slightly longer, and have a hex where the square portion is. The ones I received are actually more expensive to buy than the ones I ordered, and they work for my use, so not a big deal for me.

As expected

I would have given 5 stars as it fit the Flojet pump head and did what I needed it to do.However, I believe these are actually considered an NPS (Straight Pipe Thread).Given the lack of taper in the photo, my fear was these were BSP G1/2 or similar, which have the same thread pitch but a different thread angle (60 degrees for NPS or NPT and 55 degrees for British Standard Pipe thread). I've had issues with fittings incorrectly called out and then being unable to seal with NPT fittings.While I haven't measured the thread angle, given that these sealed relatively easily with an NPT fitting, I believe they are the National Pipe thread NPS standard.

Worked excellently with current system added bypass valve and winterization capabilities

Ever so slightly too long fo fit High-Flo Fimco HFP-45060-113, these will not propery lock into the ports. I am working at filing them down to try to fit them, but this is definitely not optimal.

What’s not to like. It was just the part I needed.
