Easy to hide and fits very well...
This thing works better than I thought it would. I was a little apprehensive about transitioning from a hip mounted holster to an ankle holster . As with anything that I buy, I do some extensive research, however with this it was really hard to figure out if this would work as well as everyone said it would. It is made very well, sits on the lower part of your leg with minimal movement, and after wearing it for about 15 minutes you almost forget it's even there. I currently use this with a Glock model 26, and I feel that if you were to carry anything larger you may need to buy the extra strap that helps secure the ankle holster to the upper part of your leg. However, this doesn't mean that it wouldn't work because this holster is a lot more comfortable than I thought it would be. I'm very picky when it comes to items that I purchase, and I am very happy with the quality price and quick delivery that I was able to receive with this item.

Go with Galco every time
You can’t go wrong with Galco! I previously purchased a knock-off brand trying to save a buck and it over stretched too quickly the Velcro went wrong way - it never felt secure and it wasn’t quite right. My first Galco lasted me almost 8 years of daily wear. The leather is tight and secure. This one did not come with the calf strap, which was fine bc I never wore it bc it was never necessary. Galco is worth the price bc quality and security. Shipped quickly

Just What the Doctor Ordered!
I own several different types of conceal holsters for various situations and dress. Although I love my IWB hybrid holster for occasions when I will be on my feet a lot, the hybrid allows the exposed butt of my gun to dig into my side when seated for extended periods of time in cushioned seats like a car seat, movie theatre seat, recliner, etc. I mainly bought this holster for periods of prolonged seating and when I can't wear cover clothing for my midsection. After I received it, I immediately put it on as directed and holstered my Glock 27, with a fully loaded magazine, and wore it for a trial few hours. With the weight of the gun, I'm glad I ordered the calf strap, it helps tremendously to keep everything in place. The holster fit nicely because I mostly wear regular low top shoes. I especially liked that it disappeared under my slacks. No one can tell that I'm wearing something on my leg unless the pant leg draws tight. I found that it rides best positioned just behind the ankle bone. After an overnight break-in, the leather holster draws nicely. Like any holster, your going to be aware that your wearing it, but this holster rides comfortably and the only thing your really aware of is the weight of the gun. I really like this holster for why I bought it! The only reason why I rated it a 4-star is because, in my opinion, its a little bit pricey for what you get. However, the price should not detour anyone from purchasing this holster. Its well build, comfortable and user friendly! After using the holster for several months, it has quickly become my favorite conceal holster of choice. Its extremely comfortable to wear for prolong periods of time and stays in place when walking. To-date, no one has been able to tell that I'm wearing it. To draw my weapon, I simply grab my pant leg just below the knee and pull upward exposing the holstered handgun. The secret to conceal carry is the camouflage clothing worn. I don't wear special clothing advertising that I may have a weapon on my person, thus, people don't expect me to have one. Regular clothing is my camouflage. Deception is the key to buying reaction time for drawing an ankle holster. Nobody knows or suspects what I may have until its too late. Honestly, I carry my handguns without a round in the chamber for safety reasons. In practicing drawing, I am able to rack in a round while drawing all in one motion as quickly as I can draw a handgun with a chambered round - but, to each their own. If someone physically attacks at close range, I am skilled enough to deflect the physical attack giving me time to draw my weapon.

You can sleep with it on!!
I live in a four season state. I started carrying 13 years ago when it became legal here. A Glock 26 was my choice. Didn't like an IWB type, and settled on a Don Hume for my belt. The Don Hume is a magnificemnt OWB holster as long as you have a shirt on or a T shirt. I wear suspenders, so a T shirt over it won't work in the summer. There were times when it was too hot to wear a shirt over it, so I left it home. Had to come up with a year round holster. Reading the reviews on the Galco I ordered both the Ankle Glove and the Calf Strap together. I'm right handed, but I ordered a left hand holster so it would be on the inside of my right leg with the butt facing to the rear. It works like a charm. Why did I do this? Well if you aren't aware of your surroundings and whats going on around you so you have a gun in your hand when you need it, it makes no difference where you carry it because it will still be in its holster! Anyway, I put this on in the morning after I put my socks on and actually forget it is there. You would think a person would feel it, but the sheep skin must be the trick to this. It never moves!! The calf strap keeps it from sliding down. I wear jeans everyday and leather low cut shoes. It doesn't print and no one notices it. I have worn this for over three months now and can honestly tell you not to waste your money on anything else. I even left it on one night, put on my pajamas and went to sleep with it without knowing it was there. I know that's hard to believe, but try it when you get yours. I think I had worn it only three days when I tried sleeping with it! Also it is not hot in the summertime. This is an unbelievable design and it really works!!

Nice Holster
The firearm fits the holster well. Seems pretty comfortable. There is a little bit of wiggle to it when walking. Otherwise it seems very secure. The quality of the craftsmanship is top notch.

The ONLY ankle rig you need to consider.
This is the second Galco Ankle Glove holster I have owned, and it is really an excellent holster. The leather is sturdy and beautiful, and wet molded perfectly for the pistol. The sheepskin sewn onto the back (body) side of the holster, together with the neoprene wrap, provide very good cushioning for the ankle and leg of the wearer. Overall, it’s a “home run.” I am carrying a Glock 26 in this one, and the weight difference between this and my S&W Airweight Bodyguard 38 is substantial. If you intend to use a lightweight, small revolver, I can assure you that you will barely notice it’s there throughout the day. With a pistol as heavy and chunky as the baby Glock, you’ll never forget that it’s there, but the Galco holster holds it snugly and comfortably against your leg. Finally, the Ankle Glove is more expensive than many of the economy holsters, but it is handmade in the USA from premium materials, and Galco quality is second to none in my experience. This holster will serve you for years, and it does it’s job very well.

Everything good the reviews said it would be.
Waiting on my calf strap but otherwise exactly as described. High quality and very comfortable. Just trying it out for my G26 and if I'm stationary i absolutely see what people meant when they said you forget it's even there. It shifts around like mad when walking (Glocks are kinda bulky tho) but I'm sure that will be remedied once the calf strap arrives. A word about my experience ordering this product from Vantage Point Trading via Amazon Prime. I think they deserve it: Unreal order speed by Vantage Point Trading. I ordered yesterday at around noon via Amazon Prime. Guaranteed delivery for 2 days later. Got a shipping update 12 hours later. Got the package less than 12 hours after that. Maybe 24 hours and 15 minutes from order to door, Las Vegas to Nothern California- absolutely within the realm of possibility to do this, but not without paying thru the nose and definitely not expected! It got here maybe 14 hours later than if some Vantage Point Trading employee hopped in their car the moment I ordered it and drove it over. Product was exactly as described, order was correct. I would have been ecstatic to have received it tomorrow, as promised. My jaw is kinda on the floor. Very happy customer!!! Maybe I'm just easy to impress, but I think not. So I just had to give a shout out to both Vantage Point Trading and Amazon Prime!

Best Ankle Holster...Ever
I carry two Glocks (19 and 26) on me at all times. For a long time, I used to carry one on my 4 o'clock IWB and one on my 11 o'clock IWB crossdraw. I have tried several other ankle holsters and have been discouraged with every one of them. Being that ankle holsters are the best option for vehicle operations or drawing from a seated position, I decided to give this one a try. First, I must say that it is so comfortable, you can easily forget that you are carrying on your ankle. Although I wear it tightly, it is hardly noticeable with the sheepskin lining. I wear it about 8-14 hours daily and it never has slipped out of position in the couple months I have been using it. I am 6'3 and have a slender build and I do not use the calf extension. It works fine as it is. For anyone who says their Glock does not fit...read the instructions. You have to break the leather in by wrapping your Glock in plastic bags and continually holstering and drawing it. Add more plastic bags and repeat. It took about an hour and five or six plastic bags, but I got the snugness exactly where I wanted it. If you are looking for a good ankle rig, don't consider anything else.
