Why is the body of the machine shaking when I used it for the bread dough?

Heavy doughs like bread dough will slap against the sides of the bowl causing movement. Also, I find if the machine speed is too high it 'shakes' a lot. I use min speed and 2 with the dough hook attachment. Hope this helps.

How does the food processor and jug fix to base

Turn it until it is attached to the jug attaches to the small opening at the top when you get rid of the the Lid try placing it in the small attachment. The food processor attaches to the large one. You need to make sure that both the actual bowl and attachment are placed first and both the bowl and the jug work at the same time. The food processor has a white attachment like a blade put that first then put the chopper and the blade and close it.

Another make of mixer i bought is disappointing.the k beater now marks everything black. are these attachments dishwasher safe

I've been dishwashing my attachments with no issues so far. I've had the machine around 3 weeks now and use it weekly for a variety of different tasks.

Is there aluminum in any part of the machine?

I cannot see anywhere in the instructions that it mentions aluminium, only stainless steel and plastic
