I love knowing what my fragrance is. I dont want a blend of who knows what with a mysterious name. Panier des Sens let's me have a pure floral note. Rose, lavender, orange blossom etc. My favorite is the rose geranium. Great quality low price. Love it.

Bought this for my mom. She says it’s not true orange blossom but smells wonderful and she loves it. Wears it every day.

I'm not sure how to describe this scent. Maybe it smells like an orange packing house at the end of the season when there are a lot of oranges that have gone bad and thrown into a bin. Maybe like a grove after it's been sprayed with a strong-smelling herbicide. There's a brown, metallic smell to it, like an old wooden crate that had wood preservative spilled into it a decade ago but the soaked-in smell will never go away. I used it pretty quick after it arrived, let it dry down, and then had to shower it off. I waited a couple weeks, sprayed it in the air, and it smelled so much better! But not on my skin. I sprayed it on the bed and the linens smelled good... for about half an hour. Then it was back to an unpleasant smell, just not as bad as that first day. A lot of people say this smells sweet and like oranges to them, so it may be that I got a bad bottle. It's even more likely that it's not good on my skin. And even likelier that my nose just doesn't like this combination of notes. I've gotten to where I like really sweet fragrances best. Really sweet. So the packaging is gorgeous and if you take a chance on this know that when it arrives you should probably spray it and then let the bottle sit for a couple weeks. And Amazon does not take perfume returns.

Love the smell

Fresh - open field- light floral - after shower, gym or travel to refresh- on a daily-summer cool feel- expensive for a cologne that is not lasting very long- nor lingers

The essence is soft but it doesn’t last very long.

Like most people who love the scent of verbena, I usually buy the L'Occitane Verbena Eau de Toilette. My review will focus on comparing this Panier des Sens scent with the L'Occitane verbena. This Panier des Sens verbena is quite different and not at all what I expected, but I do love it. Really love it. The L'Occitane verbena spray has a very "crisp" refreshing smell, which is what I love about that particular scent. Whereas, this Panier des Sens verbena spray is every bit as refreshing but with a softer, more feminine something.... This is one of those scents that makes me want to keep putting my wrist to my nose. It's somehow both relaxing and energizing, like a brisk walk in a light, cool breeze. I feel as if there is something missing in the description of this scent, but I haven't quite put my finger what it is. There is certainly something that softens the herbal scent, something that brings them together into something more sensual and romantic than a typical herbal scent. I will keep buying this Panier des Sens verbana, but I won't stop buying L'Occitane verbana. I may even wear the Panier scent more often than L'Occitane. They are very similar but somehow very different. The glass bottle is thick and heavy. I love the sturdy wooden lid, which seals tightly over the spray nozzle. This would be a perfect bottle to pack in my luggage. I never carry the L'Occitane when I travel because it is the type of bottle that will someday leak into everything. However, this bottle is perfect for traveling. The decorative tube is also nice. I clipped some rosemary from the garden and put it in the leftover outer tube (no water - the tube is cardboard).

Funny I snapped out if it prior to package arriving and wanted to return. I thought to myself I have many nice rose scents from creams, soaps , powder , oils, potpourri, air freshener , rose candles, rose linen spray for bedding and rose water toner for face. I’ve been shopping too much on Amazon and decided almost $40 for this was now out of the question. I proceeded to go on Amazon to get a QR code to return. It said this product was not available to return. I was kind of disappointed because this is the first time I tried to return something and it was refused. I have just sprayed some gently on my wrist just to try it. I like it. Nice to spray on after a hot shower and facial. The rose goes on a little strong but calms down. I would only use a quick little spritz so it isn’t over powering. I do however think this is over priced. Love the packaging it came in. I can tell this wil go a long way because I will only use a little at a time.

Lite för söt doft för min smak men luktar gott ändå. Behövs väldigt lite.

Me encanta el de fleur d’oranger, conocí estos perfumes cuando fui a visitar Versailles, los vendían en las tiendas. Me traje el fleur d’oranger y el de Rose, creo que entonces habían 3 olores diferentes. Veo ahora que hay más variedad. Iré probando pero estoy encantada con el clásico fleur d’oranger, es fresco, inspirante sin olor a química y suave. Mis hijos dicen que huelo a Versailles porque les recuerda el viaje que hicimos ahí y les encantó. Todo un acierto :)
