Worst product change in the history of products ever. The old style of these was so much easier for our girls. We could easily crush them up and mix in with wet food (one of them didn't like the treat as a whole). But since we got our latest shipment and it's the updated product... they are just awful. They are so incredibly hard! I would not want to eat anything that hard and crunchy. Like they are harder than cornnuts.Overall I liked this product until they changed everything. Now I dislike everything about them...

I can't say what these taste like since I haven't snacked on them myself, but the cat doesn't care for them. Now, that said, she doesn't have teeth, either, and I didn't realize they were freeze dried. So I do crush them up and put them on her food. She'll eat them that way. As well, they were not in crumbles and dust as other users indicated. I have been giving them one at a time to the dogs as treats, and they are a hit with them!As for probiotics, I can only assume they are in there and are good for them.

All ten cats went nuts for this. I stored in toaster oven. They figured how to get it out and tore package open to get to it

First of all, let me say, I bought the old formula for at least a year now. My cat has serious digestive issues and I added these every single day. Things have been going very well. He didn't mind the pumpkin soft dissolvable shoes, they were kind of camouflaged in the food, and I was very pleased. Now with your new formula, it's completely different. Completely different. Not only does it stink, but it's hard and hard to bite, and my cat will not eat it. I read it three times to make sure it had the same ingredients but whatever you did, I am not able to buy it anymore. I had to give it to my feral cats outside and I'm not sure they even liked it. It's too expensive to give away. I'm very disappointed

I mixed these in my big tote of dry cat food and they loved it. I feed 17 cats a day so I try different things to keep them healthy.

This new formula in the blue packaging is completely different in both texture and size. My cat does not like it. He likes the old formula where they were bigger and more little balls of freeze dried yogurt. These are really tiny and hard. I won't be buying anymore of these unfortunately. My absolutely went crazy for the old formula.Also, now that my cat won’t eat it, I can’t get a refund for the remaining unopened packages. If you’re going to change the texture and size of the product, then provide a refund if the animal won’t eat it so the buyer isn’t out the money. You made the change, we had no control over it. Not good customer service.
