Absolutely wonderful kettle. Fab design, sturdy, great colour and is obviously going to last a lifetime! I always review after a few months and this is by far the best kettle I have ever had. Bit loud but that's ok, boils quickly, very good value for money and easy to use. Plus it's beautiful to look at.

Love my Devon kettle. The perfect colour for the kitchen tiles. The base is wide so it takes a lot of water to fill to the minimum but this also means it boils very quickly due to the ‘wide’ elementTo me it’s just perfect.

This is a lovely design of kettle. It looks very nice on the worktop. Even though it is plastic it looks like it could be ceramic. As a kettles main function is to boil water this kettle does its job quietly and quite quickly too, it turns off quickly when the water is boiled so no clouds of steam in the kitchen. It pours well without spluttering and doesn’t dribble. It was a reasonable price too compared to some kettles . I have tried expensive and I have tried medium and cheap priced kettles , they all seem to last no more than two years, so if this lasts that long I won’t feel robbed. The only niggles I have it’s quite heavy when full and you can’t boil just one cup, the minimum seems to be about four cups, also the viewing window is hard to see it is hidden behind the handle. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

This item is beautiful! Exactly the vibe I wanted! Unfortunately it isn’t put together correctly and it leaks at the spout so if you fill to the max line it will leak all over your counters when you boil it! I am so disappointed as this is not a cheap kettle and so it leaking is not good at all! Unfortunately I cannot recommend this to others in case they have the same issue. Worst thing is it was fine for a few months so now I can’t even return it I’m stuck with my leaky kettle 🙃

Things to like about this kettle:Design - retro classic design and does look the business. Compliments for the design. Colour is nice as well.Time - Boils the water fastThings not to like:Volume: Really noisy kettle, louder than our last old one, which was about 20 years old, which I was surprised about, considering it's a new kettle.Unsteady: This kettle is quite light, and so is the base. The kettle is easy to knock off its base (why??? do they not check stuff like this, especially seeing it's a vessel to hold hot water!!) So be careful if you have cats, young children etc who could knock it off its stand. It's not so bad if you fill the kettle with a lot of water, but if you only put a couple of cups in - be careful when using it).
