I like that this product can be quickly fitted to the Ring doorbell without having to remove the doorbell. The rain cover sits on the doorbell, wrapping around the top and two sides. It is fitted using either a single screw and rawlplug, or with a double sided adhesive pad. Both are supplied. I used the adhesive pad, after a quick clean of surfaces using ethanol.The rain cover works well, keeps the camera lens clear of moisture as well as sun glare. The sides of the cover block a small amount of the screen edge at the top but no impact on area of interest.Very happy with this product. It is expensive but it delivers.

This was easy to fit without having to remove the doorbell - just drilled one hole and put a small screw in (better than using the sticky pad). Shields the camera from nearby lights at night, and keeps raindrops off the camera lens giving a perfect camera view. Before the view was so bad during rain that it was difficult to make out who was at the door. Made an amazing difference. It's rather expensive but is well designed and does the job so worth it. It's the best one on the market and I would definitely recommend it.

Very easy to fit and remove and is independent of mounting of doorbell. Suitable for Tapo door bell as protects release pin and so far has protected lens from rain. Minimal clipping at corners of field of view so excellent picture coverage. Could be improved by longer side protection walls.

Very expensive for a flimsy bit of shaped plastic. Sticky pad provided is a tiny strip and unlikely to withstand the elements. Wouldn't recommend.

fits nicleenough. cove. the door bell is on an outside wall within overhang to. give protection - according to instructions not recommended to. be fitted in such a position - as not totally weather proof.this mini roof although small does not affect the lens and. must give enough protection as 18 maths on still working.

Seems to do the trick! Very easy to install! A quick drill and it was all done within a few minutes!
