My son is sparring in martial arts. The goal is to learn distances to strike while blocking punches and chops accepting banged arms and legs, this lung choy shung lotion helps speed healing of bruises while toughening the limbs to accept the banging of sparring.

Great effect for pain relief. I put it on my wrist that hurts while it’s healing in a brace. Its original packaging it is a bit difficult to apply a small amount or bring it anywhere so you can reapply. But still going to be a go to product

I bruised easily so i have been using this dik da jow ointment to help with the bruising. But this time, the formula has changed, it is more menthol and camphor scent instead to the alcohol medicinal scent. It works ok but not as great as the original formula. I would love to continue buying but please go back to original formula

I absolutely love this product!!! This product is Amazing!!! I use it often on sore muscles or any body aches and it soothes the area I rub it on. I have even used it on the rashes that come on in the rolls of my extra weight in my stomach area, between my legs and stomach the product heals the rash, it does burn a little on the rash but clears it up if you get it right away. I hope that us not to much information, all I can say is this product works and was recommended by my Rolfing practioner on my sore muscles.

I had infection in my shoulder tendons and nerves and my Chinese TCM doctor helped me before this arrived with other herbs,so I got well in four days. The pain had made me unable to move, but I did show this bottle to him after and he smelled it and read the label and he said it is good and made with rice alcohol and that it will increase blood circulation but only help with infection very little and that I could continue use it on places that bother me after his stuff would be finished. It is in a thin plastic bottle so I poured it into a glass bottle. This was the cheapest way I could get it. I now put it on someone else's painful shoulder and on my ankles. I bought an identical one from another place too and it was also in a plastic bottle.

Whenever I get a mosquito or bug bite, I put this liquid on a cotton pad and pat it on. The redness and itch will be gone within an hour or so. Any bumps like a zit will lose its redness and help it go away in days. The neighbors husky bit me when I made a sudden hand gesture. Puncture all over the back of my hand and profuse bleeding were washed and I used peroxide immediately. That night and every day after, I dabbed this pain relief liquid on each puncture wound before bandaging my hand. It took weeks, but my neighbor was so relieved that the wounds were healing so quickly. Within half a year, the wounds were no longer visible. Thankfully no major arteries or tendons were injured and I had this relief liquid.

It works ok and I love using dit da jow on joints, muscles, and bruises. The reason for the three stars is I'm really not a fan of the amount of menthol or even having it in the liniment at all. It is very overpowering. I'll use it while it lasts but I won't be buying this particular one again.
