Fixed my Rigid drill press.
Worked great on my old Rigid press . A+ product

Be careful when installing!
Not sure how it would have worked. As I was installing it in the spring housing for my drill press the retaining wire slipped of and the spring came unwound. After several hours of attempting every trick I could think of I finally gave up. By then the spring was unreturnable.

Worked as intended
I wasn't able to find the exact size return spring my drill press originally had, so this was the closest I was able to get. It worked fine though, got it installed and adjusted it accordingly. My drill press works correctly again. Super cheap as well, IMO

Seems to be a good spring
Seems good quality however it came out of the hold wire (it was on the very edge of the spring) well I was trying to install it and I’m having a problem getting it installed now.May have to order another one. (I am thinking it was my fault the wire hold came off, I should have been more careful)
