Love this product. Works great on small cuts and cracked skin around the fingernails.

Great for those painful fissures you get on your fingertips in dry weather. LOVE this product! I'm so grateful for it. But you do have to apply it consistently - and wear gloves when using cleaning products, etc. But this product is great.I do a lot of typing and at 60, my fingers are getting those fissures. Never did before. I guess that's just one more on the list of unkind things nature does to us over time. Fingertip fissures can be such a handicap when one is typing! I've had such deep fissures, my fingers bled on my keyboard. So painful! When that happens, I must frequently clean my keyboard with alcohol - I don't want a nasty infection!When I notice a fissure starting, I apply this product right away. I reapply several times daily, and after washing my hands - but you want that fissure dry when you apply the product. Healing best occurs when you are consistent and keep the product applied to the wound.Even when the fissure is big, the product does NOT burn when I apply it. I've tried "Liquid Bandage" and it burns like billy-oh. This 3M Nexcare product is GREAT.

I love this stuff – we keep two or three bottles around the house at all times. I am a nurse and wash my hands frequently. At times, especially in cold weather, my skin dries out and begins to split or crack. I also have problems with my heels drying and cracking. I just brush on two or three layers of this product directly to the broken skin, then reapply as necessary after bathing. I notice immediate pain relief and the areas stop cracking and are usually healed within a few days

This 3M product works well as a quick seal for cracks in hands and fingers. It facilitates closure of the damaged stratum corneum so the wound can heal from within. Use it for a couple of days and then follow up with Eucerin cream to do the job. rwj

I’ve been using one bottle for over a year. I’m just using it on one finger and am no longer using it multiple times a day as I did in the first couple of months. The crack on my thumb is not open now but if I fail to use rubber gloves when washing dishes, don’t moisturize or quit using this product I’m sure the cracking will return.

3M changed their formula and it is NOT nearly as good as it used to be. This version is more runny and does NOT adhere as well. Really disappointing as this product used to be awesome. My fingertips crack in cold weather and are very painful. The old formula helped them heal very quickly. This version is a shell of its former self.

I have used this product for years on the corners of my fingernails. This 3m product is so much better than the other over the counter brands that sting something awful. This product does the trick with no pain. Sometimes I let the first application dry really good and put a second one on. It will last about three days till the crack is healed or put another application on. Works very good. Highly recommended

I have used this product for several years. It heals up my painful skin cracks. The bad part of this product is that after opening the bottle a few times to use it the product gets thick and hard to use. It should be made to use until the product is gone, because it is costly.
