The best ice cream scooper
I hated using a regular spoon or any type of spoon to scoop my ice cream. I figured it was time to invest in a ice cream scooper that would cut the ice cream like butter. I came across this Zeroll 1020-ZT aluminum Zerolon Anodized Commerial Ice Cream scooper on Freakin' Reviews on youtube. The content creator does a great job reviewing items and I wanted to give his suggestion a chance.Overall impression, it's the best ice cream scooper I've used and I wouldn't trade this Zeroll for any other one. It scoops the ice cream like butter and it drops the ice cream when you flick your wrist. The clean up is easy however you do need to wash it right away and dry it (not a deal breaker). It's not dish washer safe, you should always hand wash it!Yes, it's quite expensive for this item but it's well worth it. You will not be disappointed with this purchase! This is a game changer whenever you scoop ice cream from a bucket.

Love it!
Works as advertised. The warmth of your hand heats the scoop just enough to easily scoop hard ice cream. Expensive, but worth it. Not dishwasher safe.

VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
THIS IS THE ONE!! I've seen these exact scoops used at many ice cream shops across the US. I now understand why!! - The liquid in the handle, when warmed up, provides the perfect warmth to scoop out a PERFECT ball of ice cream.Great performance!Great value!

Not all Ice scream scoopers are made equally
I had purchased a basic ice scream scooper from Safeway and after a few washes, the metallic film around the scoop started to bubble! I felt deceived that it wasn't one piece of metal and it was not cheap either. I found this Zeroll brand on Amazon and although I wasn't planning on spending more than $20 on an ice scream scoop, I liked the color options, the durability and great reviews from other customers. It works great and looks nice!

A must-have kitchen item for ice cream lovers!
I took a chance and purchased the anodized version of this scoop after reading all the "horror stories" of leaking handles and their bare aluminum siblings oxidizing terribly. Before we go any further, though, let's put a couple things front and center:1) DO NOT RUN THIS THING THROUGH THE DISHWAHER. 2) DO NOT LET THESE SOAK IN YOUR SINK. (That second one is ESPECIALLY important for unanodized models.)Hand wash only, wipe dry immediately. It's on the box, folks. Follow this advice, and your chances of having a problem drop exponentially.Cautionary advice aside, this is a hefty cast aluminum scoop with a beautiful and uniform black anodized finish for improved corrosion resistance. The handle is filled with a thermally conductive fluid (my guess is mineral oil from how it sloshes around in there), and yes, it works exactly as advertised; it transfers the body heat from your hand to the scoop to ease scooping ice cream that's been sitting in your freezer at absolute zero. The instructions recommend holding it at a 45° angle, and I can attest that method works really well. I admittedly cheat a little and rinse mine under hot water for a few seconds to speed up the process, and it glides through my ice cream like it's been sitting out for a half hour or so. I also want to say that the 20 oz. version (which is what the 1020-ZT is) gives you scoops roughly a little smaller than a tennis ball. You may wish to go with larger or smaller scoops depending on your personal tastes, but that size is ideal for how I enjoy my ice cream.Bottom line, I couldn't be happier with this item. With how much I love ice cream, it was worth every penny.

Scoops Great
Works good, ice cream falls right off scoop. I would of gave it a 5 star but the handle needs to be longer. Not a good scoop for a big hand.

Yes it's expensive. But it also works brilliantly and feels very durable and high quality. Cuts through the hardest ice cream. Love it!
