The good and very handy. The only thing is the letters fade away at the first use.

Good pots but seem to be incorrectly labelled
The pots are great in principle but I think the protein and carb pots are labelled wrong, you should be doing more protein than carbs but the purple pot is smaller. Also in the about this product section it says the purple pot is 250ml and the orange is 210ml but it’s the other way round. Not an issue tho, just swap the pots 😊

Really disappointedDamaged like someone who didn't care about anything or anyone shoved it in a box regardless of the product being below standard and one pot being unusable
