**UPDATE: having got used to the thinness of the new glass - actually quite like it now & the old one feels a bit chunky. Doesn't feel quite so fragile as once did. Recommend as a purchase to any considering it. Still a nice product.ORIGINAL POST:I had one of these glasses for a while (Since Mar 2020). Very nice and felt sturdy. My husband then decided he’d like one too… so repeat ordered …At first was in 100% agreement with Michael C. review…Upon receiving the new one I immediately noticed a difference in weight. It is much thinner and much lighter glass then the previous version. From what felt like a quality piece of glass to something that feels like you could break it washing up is not a good way to go.Such a shame, as I really loved my first purchase, but wouldn’t consider buying again.

Glass mug
Wanted a mug with lid to take water to bed at night, this is great, not too big and no horrible plastic or tinny taste.

Caution - Glass gets hot
I bought this as something I could throw a coffee into in the morning and crack on to work. But this thing is deadly. The glass gets so hot from the water that your lips instantly evaporate upon impact with them. But seriously though, the silicone sleeve is handy as it makes it somewhat cool enough to hold but you cannot drink a freshly made cup for a while

Great size for a work coffee cup.
Use this cup for work and thanks to it being microwave safe, I can heat my milk and avoid decanting to other cups. Great to have a 'proper' glass to drink from too. Main issue with this and perhaps attributed to the blue colour choice is that the lid quickly stains with coffee and looks grubby quickly.

Weird smelling lid - affects the drinking experience
As stated in title. The glass itself is also quite thin, so heat conduction is terrible (not that it was designed specifically for this)
