Medium to large. There is no size indicator on the package but they fit well and the nose clip seems to keep the glasses from fogging most of the time

Not washable but you can use them more than once, especially if you do it every other day or something like that.

Q: Where’s the certification that their 5 layer and are they fda approved and if so, wheres the approval confirmation.

online claimed to be 5 layer , nothing on the package. breathing thru them much harder than std surgical masks which is encouraging for me. my conclusion is they are better at filtering than std surgical and much better than cloth. No FDA approval.
