I don’t like olive oil but this isn’t bad at all. I had tried the Atlas bottle from same company and didn’t like it but this Desert Miracle olive oil tastes better to me. Everyone’s different so you may have to go thru their list and try each variety. Like others have pointed out, the bottle is a cool shape, but way too tall for cupboard shelf and even too tall to sit on counter under cabinets so it has to sit on the floor to stay out of sunlight. Really inconvenient but will make a nice vase when I’ve used it up.

Great olive oil for drizzling and finishing food.Has a smooth Flavor and not too robust or bitter. Great for a salad or just drizzling on some avocados and tomatoes.

TASTES GREAT and unusually unique, , and rich polyphenol healthy. I love it. Because of the expense, I plan to use this olive use mor of a favor enhancer and health bonus (since it has the high-healthy polyphenols). I do not plan to use it for cooking as I have less expensive other quality Italian cold pressed organic EVDO Olive oil for cooking.

I was really surprised at the flavor of the olive oil. I am used to really blands tasting oils but this was actually good. We added it to everything from salads to steaks. Also taking a spoonful in the morning just for the health benefits.

I have been researching healthy eating habits. There is a Dr G on YouTube who advertises all the time. He insisted that taking extra virgin olive oil at night is good for you. Told to watch for the region of origin. Only single source origin. Meaning that it should say where it was produced and shipped from, being the same place for consistency and high quality. I take a swig every night. He also claims it helps with snoring by lubricating the throat. I know that this is working as far as weight loss and good stool habits. But, it has an aftertaste. Like a peppery taste. I am still using it, but I think I will look for another brand to try next.
