A good maple syrup with a wonderful smoky aroma and flavor. Awesome on pancakes/waffles/etc and a splash in my old-fashioned makes a great cocktail. I've tried some other brands and while a couple were marginally better on flavor/aroma, they were also significantly more expensive. For me, this one is the right balance providing the best value.

My absolute favorite is grilled salmon on a plank finished with a drizzle of this smoked maple syrup—oh my God, it’s delicious! The combination of flavors is simply outstanding, and it takes the dish to a whole new level.We also enjoy the maple sriracha from this company, which is equally amazing! It adds a fantastic kick to our meals without being overly spicy.One of the things I appreciate most about Sugar Bob's products is the transparency in their ingredients. You can actually read everything on the bottle and understand what you’re consuming, which is a big plus for me.If you haven’t tried this smoked maple syrup yet, I highly recommend you do! I’m very excited to discover this as I’m very enthusiastic about smoked products. Yet I’ll confess this is a bit strong for me. No this is not a bad thing for I’m actually happy taking the smoked syrup and cutting it with a good high quality regular maple syrup at maybe 50/50 or even 25% smoked to 75% regular thus this will last some time. It is good on scrapple, bacon, pancakes, waffles all the usual suspects!

I just love this mixed in our favorite beverage or used in a bbq sauce for that smoked richness. Yumm. I buy this every few months so I’m a fan

As soon as I tried a small sample size of this i immediately went to buy this larger container. Usually I really don’t like syrup unless it’s real maple syrup, even then I’m not a huge fan. But this was so delicious and tasty. The smell is a bit overwhelming but the taste is excellent. If you only give it a sniff you might turn it down with how strong it smells but seriously it is worth trying. 10/10 highly recommended, the higher price is worth the quality and uniqueness
