Hiree Guitar Pedal Power Supply 7 DC Output for 9V Effect Pedal Board with 2 AC Outlets for Charging Speaker, Musical Instruments

These power supplies are great, have no noise issues for me and frankly I can't imagine spending more on one of these devices for my use case. Professional studio use, no live use. After watching dozens of reviews basically stating that anybody with more than 3 pedals or professional needs could not possibly spend less than US$150 on a power supply I decided to try this one out just out of curiosity, expecting it to be just noisy and unreliable, what's to be expected at this price point. I was proven completely wrong, this power supply is great. My first pedal chain to try it on was a Fender Fuzz, Boss DD-8 and RV-6 split direct out and into a Marshall Valvestate, all connected to power bricks before. After plugging everybody into this Hiree there was no unwanted noise from the Fuzz (there was some before with the previous power brick) and enough power for the rest to just work perfectly. Now the chain has grown with an Old Blood Noise Fault V2 overdrive/distortion, a Keeley Supermod Workstation, Fender Chorus, and a Chase Bliss MOOD (That's why I bought the second one). Still no unwanted noise, all I care for. And enough space for more pedals less than 100ma. I make music for TV and independent films in south america (hence the budget concern) and for clients abroad so the gear is getting used professionally in studio every single day. Both power supplies are connected to a power regulator and peak suppressor (nothing special). Pros: It's great, works, it's affordable. It has a couple of very useful plugs on the top to daisy chain and it's small. Cons: It's encased in plastic, it doesn't concern me since they live under my desk, but for life on the road it might be flimsy. Anybody on a budget should try these out with their rig, they might surprise you. No need to go straight to Strymon Zuma or Voodoo Power for home or studio use just to have "YouTube's greatest" and most expensive.

For $18 this is a pretty amazing little product does the job powers of the seven independent devices and you can use a multi power device on some of your lower amperage requirement pedals like your gain, boost, and drive pedals. Those all take a very small amount of power as long as they’re analog, so you can get a splitter for one of the outlets and use the rest with independent power. The main reason I wanted this is because I already have a $200 1-spot 12 outlet supply for my main board. I have too many pedals and wanted to make a 2nd board, but I suspected I could get away with something like this, and I was right. It’s quiet and it gets the job done. One-spot $20 switching plugs work well but have a high-frequency whine/hiss, and that drives me nuts. This doesn’t have any whine and it will pedal your entire (smaller) board with ease. If I were building someone a board that had a smaller number of analog pedals (and maybe one digital pedal since it has one 300 mA out) I would go with this. No need to spend hundreds of dollars on pedal power.

Firstly - this came short two of the cables (5 out of 7) - but there is no product support for this item. Bogus This little box has so much potential to be better. It's not bad at all, totally does the job, it's just not great. Pro's: - Compact, sleak, simple design - not huge or gaudy like so many others - Does not seem to produce any added noise on the line or the device itself - Has 1 dedicated 300 and 6 100 mA outputs - plus 2 additional blade-type (US) sockets (that I'll probably never use unless I come across a pedal I want to add to my board that uses a different power input interface.) Con's: - Missing 2 cables - The placement of the cable ports (power outputs on one side, main input on the opposite side, additional blade-type outlets on top) makes it rather difficult to arrange with my pedalboard without it taking up way more space than necessary (hint: put the main input on one of the sides perpendicular to the outputs - that would be so much better) - The blue led light showing power is so bright all the cars for miles suddenly pull over. Had to cover it with black dot sticker. and the big one! drumroll please ...🥁 ... - NO POWER SWITCH! -- Which means you have to unplug this unit to get that obnoxious blue light from casting a squint-inducing, retina-burning glow for miles at night AND more importantly, -- All your pedals will still be on until you unplug the unit or them from the unit. What a hassle! So yeah, I'd give it 4 stars if it had those changes (again missing cables is an automatic 1-star loss in this case) EDIT: Two additional cables failed.

Is this a professional pedal board power supply? Nope. Yet, I am a professional and I use it. One day I will replace it with something 10x the price, but it works for me now. I'm a bass player with a pedal board. Go ahead and laugh. Right now, I am running: Tc Electronic SpectraDrive Darkglass B7K Ultra Line 6 G50 receiver TC Electronic Plethora X3 Morley Mini Classic switchless wah Korg Pitchblack Tuner Source Audio Manta Donner ABY box To get it out of the way...in addition to a regular electric bass, I also play an NS electric upright, thus the need for multiple preamps and an ABY switch. FWIW, that upright gimmick is paying for itself in all the extra tips. Regardless, this cheap little power supply gives me no problems. Now in fairness, I also have the Source Audio pedal and the Plethora X3 actually plugged in to the regular AC inputs(the Source Audio because the power adapter was really flat, and the Plethora because it is really power hungry)...but how many power supplies have that option? If you don't want to go big and full pro...this is the PSU. Functional, practical, cheap as hell!

I was using a daisy chain before I got this but struggled with hum and couldn’t get rid of it. I bought this in a (cheap and desperate) effort to fix that problem for me. Pros- I am more than pleased. This is noiseless, has two outlets if you find a need for them (I don’t use them personally so I can’t comment on those), and it’s very slim! Didn’t expect such a low-cost PS to have such a clean output. Powers my 6 pedals perfectly. Cons- this thing doesn’t feel insanely sturdy. Luckily, my board has a tray for a power supply and I don’t need to worry about it getting broken, but it feels like it could crack or break if under pressure. The unit can only power up to 7 pedals. This isn’t a problem for me at the moment, but if I want to add more than one pedal, I’ll need to move to a different power supply. (I have to use the right angle side of the cables on the actual unit instead of my pedals due to my board. Going to replace the cables in favor of right angle/right angle cables. Work great regardless!)

I have used several expensive name brand power supplies, as well as some of the cheaper "isolated" options, and this one is the best bang for your buck. Truly little to no hum with 6 pedals connected. I have played with it on for 3+ hours at a time and it does not get hot. It's a little plasticity feeling, but as long as you aren't beating the tar out of it it seems like it will hold up fine. Definitely a great backup option for touring/gigging players. The LED is an absolute laser and could benefit from a piece of tape, but that's legitimately my only gripe after 3 weeks. Super low profile. Mounts under my board perfectly. Has two 2 prong outlets on the top which is great. This is a gem of an affordable power supply. I will be ordering another as a backup.

I got this to power a DIY pedal board for those times I play bass with a symphony orchestra-- popular/holiday music which calls for bass guitar(TSO, etc). I wanted to cut setup time and the cable snarl around my feet. This is fine as long as the pedals in the chain are analog. as soon as a digital pedal is inserted, the hum and buzz starts. Physically repositioning or placing the digital effect pedal in a different sequence makes no difference. I've tried it with different digital effects-- the noises are the same.

Tuve dudas para comprarlo, sobre todo por su bajo precio, pero me ha funcionado súper bien y no mete ruido!! Es pequeño y creo que cabrá muy bien en el pedal board. Muy recomendable.

I'm playing around with building a small pedalboard for playing live and I'm not sure if I need a higher end supply just yet and this power supply was cheap enough that it was worth trying. I've had zero issues at home or on stage when it comes to noise. I don't know if it's true isolation or not, I just know it is quiet for me. Build quality is cheap, but I'm not holding that against it because of how inexpensive it is and it just works. Just make sure you know what you are powering before buying this as there are six 100mah outlets and only one 300mah. Update: I replaced the SD-1 on my board with a Fender MTG Tube Tremolo which has been reported by some to be a noisy pedal and this was also my experience while using this power supply. I then upgraded to a Voodoo Lab X4 and it drastically reduced the noise. I still believe this is a great power supply for the money. However, if you have a pedal that is known to produce excessive noise, look elsewhere.

Funciona muy bien, sin ruido, es muy ligera, es de plástico pero al situarla debajo del pedalboard no hay problema. Los cables de alimentación son de buen tamaño, el único tema es que las salidas son de 100 ma, si tienes pedales más sofisticados De 300 o 500 no va a alimentarlos adecuadamente, pero si funcionan de todas maneras.
