Awesome bike!
Easy assembly! Very awesome bike for the price point! It doesn’t have the greatest battery life on the market but for the price it can’t be beat. Especially with the range you’re given. Bigger size. Exactly what we were looking for!

Great sturdy bike.
This is the cheapest fat tire that’s worth it. I’m a simple person never owned an electric bike in my life and I’m cheap. Because it’s a cheap electric bike I was worried but it does the job. Goes up to 20 mph perfect speed for me. It’s a great bike. I do trail riding with it and even hit some dirt bike hilly parts. Holding up very nice I’ve had it for over a year now.

Costumer Support Went Above & Beyond
I purchased this bike as my daily commuter to/from work or minor trips to the grocer. Not even a full month after purchase the machine fails to apply power to wheels, and I'm still too out of shape to personally power the bike over the hills between home and work so I have to resort to purchasing rides until I could sort this problem out.At first, I assumed I was just over the weight limit between myself and all of the gear I installed on the bike, such as rear saddlebag, thick chain bike lock, tire pump for emergencies, etc. It was brought to my attention that I was actually receiving an error code and, after investigating, was having a hard time trying to find a solution for this specific model so I reached out to the manufacturer for advice or steps that i could take. After only a couple of days with delayed responses, their hours of operation being well outside my own, and I was thoroughly surprised to find them offering me a replacement controller free of charge and they were expediting shipping to assist as fast as possible! It arrived a day or two later.I'm not mechanically minded but even for me the replacement was fairly simple and their emails also included a few tips to help prevent the malfunction from occurring again, even though it was highly likely that i had caused the issue through my own negligence.Would recommend this product, or at least this manufacturer, to others in search of a power assist bike.---The bike was easy to assemble on arrival, the instructions also included a youtube link for assembly as well as some, mildly accurate, images that were easy to follow. It's sturdy and fun to ride, even while being a large man whom is above 6ft tall.I would not recommend this variant if you live upstairs as this 70lb monster can be a little rough to wield up the flight after a long ride, but, for me, I enjoy it a lot.Con: rear tire guard features multiple joints and they can be a little fickle with adjusting and staying in position. Mine came loose enough during a ride that it connected with wheel and was torn to shreds by the contact. That came day my saddle bag rack arrived so it was going to be replaced anyway, I just feel you should make sure you have everything sorted before you ride to ensure this doesn't happen to you.

Pretty good bike
Fairly easy to put together. Gets me to and from work in 10 minutes as opposed to a 20 minute normal bike ride or a 60 minute walk. Brakes are a bit slow and mine came with a headlight that doesn't function, but other than that it's a pretty great bike! Would reccomend for people who need something they can use to commute. Not sure how it handles on rough terrain because I only ride on sidewalks and streets, but I can say it's pretty reliable for those kinds of trips. The gears kinda of make a click clack sound sometimes when I'm riding at max speed which is a little concerning but it hasn't actually posted any issues yet. Would reccomend this bike :)

not responsive at all
Never buy a thing from them, they are will just ignore you like you dont exist. On the verge of suing them. Bought 2 bikes from the same seller the same exact bikes, mind you the cost of bikes were n't cheap as it is now. One I bought in March at $900 other on May at $800. I do still have 1 year warranty on both of my bikes. Fist on one of my bike, it all got rusted the chains, the metal brake everything, within less than a month. I contacted seller that I have been facing this issue, they said ohh just put some oil or may be paint it. I did bought some oil on amazon and tried to work it out but wasnt successful. So i wrote a review showing pictures of my bike and finally they responded. They offered me to take give a full refund and take bike since it was less than a month. I said okay and waited for them to reply their email. after few days they said they cant take the bike but can give refund of $300 for the damage. I agreed on that and said okay. They even asked to delete the amazon review. Later on November, I again faced problem with the bike. My battery stopped working so i emailed the company speedrid stating my problems. They said not to worry and will help me out. They sent me a new battery, the battery worked but again there was e07 error, i informed them again they said it was a problem with motor. They sent me rear wheel but it still not working. I asked them if they could send me the connector between battery and the motor, assumed it could solve the problem, They told me they have informed seller and the price of battery and wheel is more than the price of bike and they are in neg business or something. and they stopped emailing. I was so pissed since i go classes on my bike. If i have a warranty on a product, hows that negative business my problem? until and unless my issues are resolved they should be the one contacting me. I even the mailed seller stating everything and since its my only means of travel that they could send me another bike and i will pay half of the price. But noones is replying and i am already annoyed enough to wait. Its been 3 months i am going through. The one bike i am facing problem is the one i bought on May.

Great e bike!
I now have 75 miles on this thing and absolutely love it. Mind you it needs some customizations like a tail light and a much more powerful headlight (the one it comes with is NOT adequate for nighttime riding). It’s comfortable, easy to operate, and easy to assemble. Be warned though the tires will not be at the proper PSI (20psi) upon delivery, mine was at 10psi. Make sure you fill the tires asap.
