BellinaÕs chocolate spreads are made by artisanal producers that only use high quality selected ingredients. All these spreads come from a traditional chocolate product called gianduia. Since the 1800 the chocolate capital of Italy has always been Turin (Piemonte) à here in the second half of the 19th century Gianduia was invented. Hazlenuts were used instead of cocoa beans as a lack of the latter during ItalyÕs independence wars.
