These work great. I totally flush my sinuses out with these and they do the trick.

Really clears the sinuses. Much better than the squeeze bottles.

This product works, and I am quite happy. Clears out our nose quickly. I’m old and impatient! I don’t have time for a Netty pot, and for those of you who use those, this is just as good and much quicker.

Works well, Ingredients are only salt and water. Nice spray, although I would not call it a mist like they do. It’s a little heavier than that but it’s still good for rinsing your nasal passages and it’s easy and pretty Free to use. Not a great for the money that you could get by a lot cheaper just mixing some salt and water. But it’s worth the convenience in my opinion.

Unfortunately I snore. My nose nightly plugs up and I am a back sleeper. You know the rest. I began using Vicks Saline Nasal Spray on the recommendation of a friend. First night after my spray was delivered, I was routinely woken by my wife after the Freight Train started. I grabbed the spray, gave a shot up both nostrils and within 5 minutes, my nose was clear. And yes, no more snoring. My wife is happy and my marriage is safe.

This is an excellent product. I’ve used a Netty pot and other things and this clears out the drainage in the back of your throat without making you feel like you’re drowning. They have a real winner in this product. Doesn’t burn and is consistent. Very good value for the money.

Wow! I'm so impressed by this product. I've always treated my allergies with decongestants, but I've been recently diagnosed with Hoshimoto's, and decongestants are a no-no. Well, it's allergy season for me, and had to think outside the box for treatment of my nasal/sinus congestion. I landed with Vicks Sinex SALINE Nasal Spray via the great reviews. I'm SO MAD that I didn't find this product YEARS ago. I've walked around with one side of my nose clogged with the other open for as long as I can remember. Not only did this SERIOUSLY help with my nasal congestion related to allergies, for the first time ever, BOTH nasal passages are wide open! Y'all... I've been eating poison with OTC cold medicines I didn't really need, but it's what would help (slightly) with my allergy symptoms. This??? GAME CHANGER. And it's safe and only does exactly what I need it to. I'm so happy to have found it. And thanks so much to the other reviewers who took time to leave such detailed information!

One of the bottles did not work. The dispense nozzles are poor quality.
