This was a life saver!
I’ve owned this jump starter since 2020. I can’t imagine driving without one. This thing saved me multiple times jumping my cars at least a few times, my coworkers 3 times and my wife over a dozen times because she left her lights on for over the weekends or one of her doors are always open! This things is easy to use and you don’t have to ever charge it again…in the last six years, I think I recharged maybe 3-4 times max.. it takes about an hour to recharge in full but you’re able to use to many many times…. There’s also a red exclamation mode where it will give it an extra jump if your battery is completely dead.. worked every time. I would also recommend the case if you can buy them together. If storages properly, it can be left in your car over the winter and summer as well. I highly recommend it!

I absolutely love this
I've been a pro auto tech for long enough now that all the normal tools have been bought and paid for. You start looking for other things that you never really wanted to spend the money on, but always irritate you when the shop you're at doesn't have one, or the one they have sucks. I bought this because the place I was at, for a short time, reconditions and resells used cars. At any point in time we would have anywhere from 2500-5000 cars at the facility. It's a huge place, and a lot of dead batteries. On a daily basis I would need to jump start 4-10 cars. Cars ranging from tiny electric cars to diesel trucks. Out of the hundreds and hundreds of cars I've needed to jump, only one of them would the Genius not jump. And this was only due to an extreme discharge (1v), and no direct access to the battery terminals. Only tiny remote jump posts were accessible. The description claims that this will jump up to 20 cars on a single charge. I can vouch that this is an under estimate. I could use this all week, jumping 30 or more cars, before charging. I only plug it in when it reaches 25% according the to the LED indicators. On a very regular basis I would need to jump electric cars. Electric cars have a regular 12V battery for starting, and the motors run off a special battery. More often than not, the 12V battery, and the motor battery would be dead. So I would use the NOCO to start the car, then leave it connected in order to drive it to the shop (up to 1/3 mile from where cars parked). This little jump box will run an entire electric car with AC on full blast for several minutes and barely deplete its charge. However doing this multiple times throughout the day will deplete it more quickly. But if all you need to do is jump start, the charge lasts forever. Obviously you can use it in a similar way on a gasoline engine to run the car, when the alternator is bad. Only a few, very minor, points to mention. The cables are a little shorter than I'd like. This makes it more compact, but sometimes finnicky to get connected to a battery. The location, and ease of activation, of the light button make it entirely too easy to turn the light on. I found many times, I accidentally turned the light on without realizing it, and it stayed on for who knows how long until I noticed. Also it's a bit heavy to carry around. And this I only say because I had to carry it around in a backpack with other tools, and things I needed to do my job. For the normal person, the weight isn't an issue. It is by far smaller, and lighter, than the traditional jump box. And lastly, it takes a long time to fully charge. The better part of the day, if mostly depleted. So that's it. Those minor points are so minor, in no way should they deter you from buying this. I absolutely love this thing, and only hate that I waited so long to buy it. Update: Been using this now for almost 2 years. Still going strong. Working in a normal shop now, so not jump starting batteries every day. The charge still lasts forever. Also use to bench test starters. I now charge it probably once a month. It never goes dead, but if I see the charge is depleted when I use it, I will throw it on the charger. Still the best jump box I've ever used. Update: I bought this in March 2017. I'm now buying a second one. I want one for home now, so I'm getting the new one for work, and taking the old one home. I'll still love this jump box. Still working on cars, still jump starting cars on the daily. Now that this box is nearing 5 years old, the battery does need charged more often. Think of your old smart phone. But it's still kicking strong. The cables are still annoyingly short. I charge this every few weeks, and use it pretty much daily. The rest of my previous review still stands strong. The only difference now, is I have to charge it more often because the battery is so old. But still perfect for home use, and now I'll have a fresh new one for work.

Wouldn’t go anywhere without one.
Cannot beat Novo jump boxes. This is my second to have in vehicles around the farm. This will jump most of the equipment on my farm. I have the Big 4000+ amp jump box for my larger equipment (10-12 liter diesel engines). This 2000A GB70 is a smaller form factor and is great to keep under the backseat of my pickup or trunk of my car. I wouldn’t go anywhere without one. With the NOCO jump boxes you can wave goodbye to having what always seems to turn into a tangle of jumper cables in your trunk or bed of the pickup. The NOCO jump boxes are easy to use, they have polarity protection, they charge very quickly from USB-C, from a 12 volt power outlet in you vehicle, or you can purchase a quick charge wall adapter from here on Amazon. On top of everything else you can charge your usb devices for this unit making it very versatile. These Noco units seem very well built, the first one I purchased a few min ago has lived in toolboxes, bounced around in truck cabs, been dropped in the field, and it still functions great.

What a power house. Jumps everything I own.
The NOCO Boost GB70 2000A UltraSafe Jump Starter is an absolute powerhouse. It feels sturdy, rugged, and well built, and it is one of the best jump starters I have owned. Unlike cheaper jump starters that can feel flimsy or come with weak clamps, this one feels solid from top to bottom. The clamps are strong and have great grip, which makes a big difference when dealing with hard-to-reach battery terminals or older, worn battery clamps. The controls are intuitive, and the lights and other functions work very well. I have kept this charged for months, and every time I have needed it, it has done exactly what it was supposed to do. I have used it around the farm to jump a tractor, mower, car, and truck, and it has handled everything without issue. The built-in light has also been very useful when working on my tractor out in the field. The only downside is that it does not come with a hard case. It includes a storage bag, but a hard case would be much more convenient and protective, especially when trying to grab it quickly. Overall, this is a powerful, reliable, and high-quality jump starter that I am very pleased with.

Life saver!
I work remotely and don't drive often. With this last cold freeze, my battery was completely dead. I knew that AAA would probably tell me they couldn't jump it because of low voltage and upsell me a battery. Mine is just shy of a year old, so I looked into other options and found this. My NOCO came almost fully charged. It didn't take long to charge it the rest of the way. This jump starter was very easy to use and had my car running in 1-2 minutes. I was a little nervous that I'd mess something up, being that I haven't even used jumper cables before. I'd read reviews that the instruction book wasn't helpful or that the print was too small, so I just watched a few YouTube videos. You're literally just making sure that you attach each clamp to the right terminal, turn it on, wait about half a minute or so, and start your vehicle. I used the manual override feature since the battery had been dead for a month or so. I initially had a bit of trouble getting the red clamp to stay on, but that was quickly overcome. I actually had to use this twice in one day (someone else turned off the car when it had only been running for a few minutes), and it didn't even drop a battery level. I will never be without this, and I'm glad I spent the extra money for a quality product.

Worth the cost, great product
the saying you get what you pay for are right, expensive but good well manufactured product, works great, pretty heavy but feels robust. Have used it a few times to help stranded people so been a good addition to have in your truck at all times, so good purchase another for sons birthday.

Reliable, powerful jump starter that actually holds a charge
As a mechanic, I’ve used a lot of jump starters and portable battery boosters. Most cheaper ones work at first, but fail when you actually need them. I’ve had the NOCO Boost GB70 2000A lithium jump starter since 2018, and it’s been extremely reliable. ✅ Strong starting power I mainly use this on power hungry luxury vehicles with high CCA batteries and large V8 engines, and it has no problem firing them up. It delivers consistent power and doesn’t struggle like lower-end units. ✅ Holds a charge for months This is the biggest reason I recommend it. I keep it in my truck year-round in Texas heat, and it will still jump start a car after sitting 6–12+ months. I’ve only charged it a handful of times, and never because it was too low to work. ✅ Easy and safe to use Reverse polarity protection and spark-proof clamps make it simple. You don’t have to second guess anything. Clamp it, power it on, and go. ✅ Portable and compact Small enough to keep in your truck without taking up space, but powerful enough to handle real situations. Easy to grab and use when needed. ✅ Versatile Works as a jump starter, battery booster, and also has USB ports for charging devices in an emergency. No built-in air compressor, but I’d rather have reliability than extra features. ✅ Cable length The clamps and cables are long enough to work comfortably without fighting for reach, which makes a difference when you’re in a tight spot. ✅ Solid build quality Feels durable and well-made. Not cheap or flimsy like a lot of other portable jump starters. ⚠️ Minor downside Charging speed is a bit slow, but that’s not a dealbreaker for something meant for emergencies. Bottom line: If you want a reliable jump starter, battery booster, or portable car jump starter that actually works when you need it, the NOCO GB70 is worth it. I’ll take reliability over extra features every time.

Works FLAWLESSLY
Purchased this because my battery tender went bad on bike, had a big trip planned over the weekend needed to make sure I was good (battery had only had 1 season on it, but was "dead as a door nail") jump box came with 50% charge and easily jumped bike so I decided to let jump box charge over night & put it in the saddle bag for any untimely trip issues. This comes with a service light, a bag to store it in, 3 ways to charge & works amazing its small size made it easy to store & simple directions easy to use im gonna get another 2 to keep one in every vehicle this thing is amazing!!

Excellent booster, ultra fiable

Best thing I have ever purchased.
If you are trying to decide whether to spend this amount of money and wondering if it actually works, then I can confirm it does. It is a bit expensive but still half the cost of a battery for my vehicle, Chrysler Grand Voyager 2.8 CRD Diesel. It is so easy and quick to connect, it is so compact that I thought it would never work, I was wrong. As it says in the video there is no need to wait, just attach it to the battery and switch it on, then start the car, it is that quick. Charging in the car takes very little time at all. It does look good and I cannot fault it at all. I opted for the GB70 as it has 2000A power as my engine is quite old, 20 years, and 2,8l diesel, and it cranks it better than the actual battery. I highly recommend this jump starter power pack, with this in your glove box you never have to worry about your battery going flat in the forthcoming cold weather.
