Great for calf tear recovery
FANTASTIC PRODUCT. Torn my calf muscle lifting. Had to wear the full-sized boot for a few weeks. This was a great substitute for times I was burnt out on wearing the boot and provided solid protection and support while sleeping. Continued wearing it to the gym during post recovery. Ended up buying two, one for day to day and one for the gym. Held up well in the washing machine but recommend air drying.

Comfortable and effective, but it doesn't breathe.
I like it a lot, fits the shape of my calf, but gets kind of sweaty underneath.

Working well so far
I bought these velcro wraps for my husband who has diabetes and PAD (Peripheral Artery disease) in his legs. He has had 4 toes amputated due to diabetes and PAD. DRs said to wear compression socks so that blood flow is pushed back up to the heart and then re-circulated to the legs, but they are so difficult to put on over swollen feet/legs, plus he has skin ulcerations on his legs so the compression garments were causing more issues.. I ordered several different types of compression garments and this item has worked the best so far..I can say that because HE IS ACTUALLY WEARING THEM. It has only been a few days but there is noticeable difference in his feet/ankle swelling...and his discomfort has decreased considerably. They are easy to put on and take off and he says they are very comfortable. He had a follow up with his DR today and DR approved using these compression wraps instead of compression garments. Improved circulation will help his surgeries and his skin heal and will help with the neuropathy that he has as well. and the price is very reasonable compared to other choices in the $100 - $500 range. We shopped around extensively and we would have purchased the more costly items just to get to a working solution but we are very happy these wraps are working and will stick with them for now.

Good and bad.
I'm going to start off with the good. They definitely bring down inflammation/swelling. The price I paid for these I think was too high. I had to order 2 separately because oddly they do not come as a pairs. Not only should they be sold in pairs the price for two should be five to seven dollars and here is why. The smell, I order many things from here and one other place and although the other place delivery is much longer and prices are less than half of here. the common factor is the smell and its awful. If you can tolerate the smell, these will work for you. The length is just hitting 10 inches. I am in the U.S. new york, I stand 5'8" yall. These would be so much better if they made the length 12-121/2 inches long. At 10 inches they start ba little below the knee and end way above the ankle, so important areas are not targeted. the width measures at 17 inches but before I began using them my calves measured at 17 inches and I had plenty of room if needed. If you are at 20 inches you can use these maybe even 22 inches ( I'm speaking about fattest part of the calf ). Now after only using them for a few hours my calf went down to 15 1/2 inches. My goal is 13-14 inches. I had surgery a few months ago and have had inflammation/swelling from thighs to my feet since. I have only used this once so far for a few hours and it has been near 24 hours after and calf is still at 15 1/2 inches. "WARNING" "DO NOT" fall asleep with it on. I did for a few hours and leg turned dark purple. Took it off elevated leg and when I woke up leg was great. It was comfortable and I really forgot I had it on. Its says they can be worn on either leg but its obviously one brace for one leg because it applies correctly on my left leg but on my right leg straps are on opposite side, so you would need to wear it upside down for it to look like it's not on backward. The one for the right leg, I did not have on for as long, it still decreased swelling. I experienced pain in my leg on the outer part of my calf when brace was on to the point I needed to remove the brace. Maybe because it is not for either leg, should be designed for either leg correctly. I know how important a product like this is so I tried to hit what I feel as a consumer is important. It is comfortable, light weight, form fitting. It is short in length and the smell is terrible and way too overpriced. I have attached photos to help. In third photo I did not measure from the velcro to show the width of the actual brace.

Does not work; stick with regular ace bandage
As is usual for the negative ratings on this product, it does not work and is unable to deliver the function for which it is intended; it created a lot of stress and anxiety because of the constant re-adjustment that it needed; continued to slip down; could only be used when stationary sitting on a chair on laying in bed but any walking it would soon roll down; experimented with additional straps below to block the slippage of the product but they would all roll downwards; eventually got the insight to experiment with regular ace bandage and the traditional ace bandage worked like a dream and felt on road to recovery. This product will not work unless you are bed-ridden and even at that it is not recommended to use when sleeping according to internet data. The company who makes these have to go back to the drawings board. If you purchase you will be disappointed and frustrated and you will enter into a daily battle with the product to make it stay and if you then start re-searching more of the same type of product you will see they are all pretty much the same with the same problems. So jump to the chase and stick with regular ace bandages which Amazon also sells. Sometimes we like to think that a product that looks higher end will work better than a traditional product but sometimes something old that is tried and true will work best
