Good product

Effective solution as a disinfectant. Had bought this brand twice. Using it as a spray to sanitize items and parcels. The main drawback of this is that it has a heavy smell and it leaves a 'oily' residue after use.

Excellent product, we are using it since April 2020 for office as well as home. Seems very effective and feels safe after use. It has proven good on skin used on hands. Recommended to try. Nice and secure packing. Thank you

It's too good sanitizer removes from hands with in 30 seconds, 80% ethanol based. Value for money.

Ordered a combo box, 1 box was out of shape & the other didn't have seal & about a litre was missing from 5L sanitizer jar.I ordered this product despite using some very authentic sanitizers but this time, I wanted to see as to what the best 'Sterlomax' separated from my previously bought sanitizers like Daurala, Swachh & 2 more brands whose names I can't recall at the moment. All the sanitizers that I bought had 80% ethanol.So... it took over a week to receive the product but I opened it just a few days ago as I was still using my previous sanitizers. I wanted them to completely finish them off as the ethanol tend to evaporate if you have the sanitizer lying in the bottle/jar no matter how air tight the container is.Coming to the point, as I mentioned, one of the box didn't have the seal and had about a liter missing yet I went ahead & decided not to report the matter as there was the box was marked with QR codes & batch number.All in all I was pretty sure that whatever was there in the box will be authentic, although I would have initiated a case for the replacement. Most importantly, THE PRIMARY REASON WHY I DIDN'T WANT TO GET INTO THE HASSLES OF GETTING THIS REPLACED IS BECAUSE IT TOOK AMAZON ABOUT OVER A WEEK TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT & I DIDN'T HAVE ANY LIQUID BASED SANITIZER & I CAN'T THINK OF GETTING OVER A DAY WITHOUT A LIQUID SANITIZER AS WE FREQUENTLY GO OUT FOR WORK & HAVE 2 KIDS & ELDERLIES AT HOME.Anyways, I poured some of the sanitizer from already opened jar to a bottle & believe me, the smell just exploded & I couldn't bear it despite using several non scented sanitizers... it was simply intolerable. I know how ethanol smells like & Daurala is a prime example but this particular sanitizer made me feel like vomiting from it's effervescence. Even my wife asked if somebody has vomited in the house when I sprayed it around in our floor. Then, I sent a mail to the company Sterlomax at '[email protected]'. Even though I didn't mention about the broken seal as I didn't buy the product directly through them but I did report them of the foul smelling sanitizer & that if it is possible to add some essential oil or any other herbal additive to suppress the unendurable smell. I concluded my mail asking for a quick reply, 3 days went by & I didn't receive any reply. I felt very bad because I accepted their tampered product just because of their reputation and here I am facing the worst possible customer experience from their Email support. Its quite astonishing to see that the company as big as Sterlomax didn't have any customer support number on the label, all it had was their Email ID.Before using any sanitizer, I ran a tissue paper test to check the ethanol content and it was not any better than the sanitizers I bought at less than half it's priceall my previously used sanitizers. Despite that, I was still OK paying the premium price but its their customer support that triggered me to report the matter to Amazon now.I will conclude it by saying that, it will test your smelling endurance to the limits as honestly, not just me but even my wife felt like throwing up with the kind of smell it has.Since there is no difference between Sterlomax 5L jar worth 1400/- & Daurala Cares worth 650/-, I will never ever buy Sterlomax again. It's just because of the brand name that they have labeled it at more than double the price of it's competitors & yes for those who don't care about money can still buy Sterlomax but I assure you that you will not be able to withstand it's terrible smell.
