My Periodontist gives all of his patients a bottle of this. His take is it helps to have a healthy mouth. You only use a cap full, so it last for sometime. It does make your mouth feel fresh. Not sure about breath, my dog doesn't say anything!Bottom line: I feel it is a good product and will continue to use it.
