GOTHAM STEEL 20 Piece Copper Pots and Pans Set

I am absolutely thrilled with my new pots and pans set! The quality is top-notch, and the performance has exceeded my expectations. The non-stick coating is flawless, making cooking and cleaning a breeze. The heat distribution is even, allowing for perfect sears and simmering. The set is also incredibly durable and resistant to scratches. I've been using it daily since I purchased them, and it still looks brand new. The ergonomic handles make maneuvering the pots and pans comfortable and easy. I've tried several pots and pans sets in the past, but this one is hands down the best. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the exceptional quality. I highly recommend this set to anyone in the market for new cookware.

July 22, 2024, most of this set is amazing. There was one larger pan I had not used until about a month ago, and it's been great. Unfortunately, the muffin tin and square pan are long gone from wear and tear. RIP, but I cook and bake pretty much daily, often several times a day, excluding weekends, and about once a month when I haul out frozen leftovers. I am looking for a newer set, but I do not know if I will go with this brand or something that lasts a bit longer since I have been cooking for almost 40 years now. ***************original review below Beautiful and sturdy set that has the design, feel and handling to seemingly last me a few years avid cook who has been "throwing it down" for over 35 years. I took off a star heat felt through a potholder that wasnt neoprene. You have been warned to PLEASE carefully remove the panhandle with care...not just any rag or cloth if your stove eye handles medium heat (6 o clock on the older dials) ... But this set seems the absolute best deal (under $300) on Amazon.com for the copper-ceramic nonstick surface plus it has an amazing set of matching bakeware!!! I love that even more.

Unfortunately I used my square pan once and it is already chipping off. I was so disappointed. I hand wash the pans, cook on medium or lower heat as suggested, and have literally used it one time. The handles and construction seem to be as promised and the nonstick is great. I tried contacting the company and it was the run around. Seriously liked this set and hope that it’s a fluke with my square pan as I have not tried all the others. I have used a sauce pan and larger pan without issues but haven’t tried my steam accessories. I’m going to keep trying customer service and hopefully I’ll get a replacement for my square pan.

UPDATE 11/27/2021: after using my set for about four months even with matching silicone utensils and not using cooking sprays, unfortunately my pans and no longer nonstick. Even something as simple as eggs gets stuck on the pan. I did love the set but it's not worth it and it's an expensive set. I want to return the two main skillets that I use all the time, my round pan and my square pan wgich no longer do the job that I paid for. I don't know why this is the case because I'm very careful with my pans. Unfortunately over time it seems like they just don't do the job that it was intended to do. This is very disappointing. I love love, love my new Gotham steel Diamond cookware. Food really doesn't stick to the pans. Do not use cooking spray, use Olive oil or even butter. Cooking sprays will cause the pans to lose its non stick factor.

Lasted like 4 years. Not worth the money.

I had some decent pans, but the handles became loose and I foolishly replaced them with cheap pans rather than fix the handles. I quickly learned that good pans really make a difference. I'm not a millionaire, so finding decent pans that cook well and clean nicely afterwards at a price we can afford was not easy, but after searching for a bit, I decided to try the Gotham Steel pans. I have not been disappointed. Things are cooking up nicely, and I never need high heat because you're not supposed to use it, but the heat distribution is excellent, so it isn't necessary. But cleaning them? They come out so nice and it is so easy, I've never had any nonstick pans that didn't scratch or stick a little. These have been wonderful so far.

Just as the title says these pans are amazing. Burn stuff in it, let cooked food sit in them after meals it really don't matter they wipe clean amazing. Burnt bbq sauce soak for 10 minutes and wipes clean every time. Cookie sheets burn whatever you want and comes clean every single time. Only wish I bought these yrs ago when I first set eyes on them but the price is more then I wanted to spend but 2 sets of pans later and I would of saved myself money in the long run. Do yourself a favor if your debating these pans just buy them you won't regret them. Months later and they are still just as good as the first time using them. Dishwasher cleans them perfect every time bc nothing sticks to them

These are easy to clean, very easy to use if you follow the instructions. DON'T USE HIGH HEAT! Cooked steak tonight, cooked quickly and perfectly on medium heat, $30 steak, so was worried, but did an amazing job. Also cooked mussels, done without scratches or any of the other complaints. Am definitely thinking about expanding my collection. Use plastic or silicone, wash by hand, you won't be disappointed. After I wrote this original review, I used the loaf pan without using the recipe instructions to butter the pan. My banana bread slid out with zero effort, and was ready 20 minutes under recommended cooking time with the most incredible crust. My new favorite pans. I am a person who cooks with high quality knives etc, and it's something for me to say I'm so happy with this set.

In less than 15 days, the product was damaged by stove fire and the color exfoliate
