My mum has fibromyalgia, this helps her with her aches and pains. She takes a portion of the dosage recommended only because she wants to make the bottle last longer, and she says it makes all the difference with a small dosage. She says the whole dose must be wonderful. She puts in in a morning cup of coffee, and it does not seem to affect the tatse. I hope this helps a little, I know it's vague. We buy it for the specific reason of her fibromyalgia so I can only speak to the benefits in this specific regard.
