This is a really well-made bag. Sturdy. Great fabric. Adjustable strap. Compartments. I purchased it for my 7-yr old grand-daughter who is on the tall side; it fits perfectly as a cross-body bag for her. Hits her at just the right place. I purchased the navy blue / purple unicorn pattern. Perfect for any season but esp winter because it is not flowery or light colored. So far, it is working out great for her.

Cute but defective
Edit to 4 Stars: The seller took the time to read my review, reach out and offer a full refund for the defective bag. We have purchased this bag again, in a different pattern, and it arrived in perfect condition with no defects. Original 2 Star Review: The bag is adorable, and the perfect size for our daughters Bible, small notepad and pens. However, the item was defective. As soon as we opened it up, we noticed the inner pockets were sewn in upside down, rendering them completely useless. I don't know if this is a common error in the manufacturing of these bags, or if we were just really unlucky. We will have to return it and haven't decided yet if we want to try again with the same brand or just find another replacement.
