I love this recovery powder; it really works after high intensity training, long runs. It's NOT cheap at all, but I like it

The flavour is good, a little thick which makes it a “gradual consume”. The product does provide a good lift to energy levels and stops the dip I usually suffer; during these locked down times it sets me up for working after a 6am session.

Great product. Tastes really good and effective after a really hard ride.

I’ve tried many bulking and protein powders over the years but I won’t be buying this again. It gave me stomach cramps and acid reflux. Expensive too.

This is a decent quality recovery powder, you can feel the difference it makes however it is not huge to where it's very noticeable.I was unsure about the flavour at first so i took it post workout but it is sweet, nice & easy to mix so i'm currently taking it during my workouts, personally i think this is something you would take if you were competing and wanted that little extra push or energy to get the most out of every workout / competition.Although it has good vitamins and a decent mix of carbs & protein the price is quite high for the servings it has so as i said above i would consider it more of a supplement for competition rather than casual as it will be very expensive.

I’ve been doing hit training workouts on and off for a couple of years now. Sometimes I just drink plenty of water afterwards, and other times I’ve used protein shakes. The protein shakes have been very hit and miss in terms of flavour varying from not bad to seriously revolting and I’ve always found them quite filling afterwards which can sometimes be a good thing but at times can make me feel uncomfortably full to the point that I can’t actually finish the drink.On to this recovery drink.First I have to say my tub was not sealed properly. There was an outer collar of clear plastic that I removed and all seemed okay, but then as I started to unscrew the actual lid, powder was falling out everywhere and I wondered if there was actually going to be an inner seal at all!!There WAS an inner seal but it had already come away from the rim of the container in two places and that’s why powder was spilling out everywhere and was all over the inner lip of the tub and the inside of the lid.Not a good start for a premium product like this.I mixed mine in a jug with a whisk because my shaker was in my locker at work, and I’ve used this whisk method with shakes before and the drink produced looked homogeneous and had a nice froth in the top..... now to the taste.....To be absolute delight, this tastes pretty damn good. The fruit flavours come through as true fruit flavours without being overly sweet and the drink has a lovely smooth creamy texture without being filling of making me feel bloated. There is even a lovely crema layer at the top like you get with a good coffee!!Very refreshing and it has certainly made me feel energised to face the rest of my day. I have high hopes for this drink and look forward to seeing some more long term improvements to my performance

This recovery powder comes in a teal plastic round tub with nice detailing, info is in English regarding contents, nutritional values and how to consume, it should have a plastic external seal around the top to show it hasn’t been tampered with, underneath the top round cover has another foil plastic coated seal.The powder has been manufactured in Ireland and batch tested for any banned substances for ease of mind if it’s a requirement of yours.20 servings included within the tub, scoop is included although you may have to dig it out, 1 serving = 2 scoops (75g) 2:1 ratio of carbs (40.2g) and protein (22.2g) with a trace of fat (0.3g)I mix my shakes in a blender with a few ice cubes, the flavour I went for was orange and mango! Lovely natural taste, smooth and frothy.I use the recovery drink after being out on the MTB and martial arts sessions (take within 20min) I used to feel wiped the next day and later in the evenings but this works wonders! Recovery time is less allowing me to train harder. Quality product thank you.

I’ve been using the recovery powder for around two-three weeks now and I have to say it’s one of the best tasting products I’ve used, it’s not ridiculously sweet or bitter. It’s got a great fruity taste and blends well into water. I’ve maiming been using it for recovery after climbing/bouldering and running 5/10k but even like a cup after a round of golf, I’ve found that it keeps my energy levels up and I don’t seem to suffer the same lows post exercise that I had previously. Gets 5* from me.
