Great taste
Gets you fairly close to authentic home-made cafreal taste without all the effort. Works just fine for me.

Very close to the real thing
Flavour of Goa Careful while adding extra salt to your dish as the masala has plenty of salt already

Fresh, Tastes Great (but lower shelf life)
I tried this paste for the first time last month, but have tried many different things from this brand earlier. Even though it was very new stock, the pack came puffed. If you are buying this- use it soon, or store in fridge / freezer. One packet of paste is for one kilo chicken, so we halved the pack & used it twice, with half a kilo chicken each time. The first time we did around two hour marination before cooking the chicken on a pan, with half boiled potatoes. The second time we marinated in the fridge for almost a day, & I think longer marination does mean a better flavour. Other than chicken & potato, we didn't have to add anything else & the end was absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend this to those who are looking to make an authentic, impressive cafreal at home with less effort involved.
