Doesn't work well with sticky/wet/slack sourdoughs
[Edit: Their quick, excellent Customer Service causes me to change the rating from 3 to 4 stars. I also think they should change the description so it's clear there are problems hand kneading a large, wet, bread dough. Like I said below, it's a good mat, and I use it. I hope it works well with pizza dough especially, but haven't tried that yet. I'm in Southern California with its very dry climate, and this mat is wonderful to keep proofing/fermenting dough from drying out. A tea towel just doesn't make it here!]It's a nice mat. The three star rating is due to the claim of working with sticky doughs. It doesn't.I'm baking sourdough breads with a very sticky dough. When I try to knead it, the matt wraps up around it and comes off the counter. The only way I can get it to work is after oiling the dough--AFTER the initial kneading, which doesn't solve the problem. A thick, silicone baking mat works fine.Did the paid reviewers actually try sticky/wet/slack doughs? Doesn't seem so. At least not in 2 lb/1 kg sizes. That said, it's a good matt, the ruling and markings are useful--I think, haven't tried it for pizza yet!--and I plan on keeping it, just not for the purpose I bought it.

Great, and a very nice size!
This is my first pastry mat but it works perfectly and was easy to clean. I have tile counter tops and really hate trying to roll out things with the grout getting in the way. It's a perfect size to roll out dough and still room for cookies to be laid out and off the counter. Easy to clean with water. I did find that I had to flour the mat because the dough would stick a little, not a big deal to me though! This is a good low cost pastry mat and I would purchase it again.

Easy to use and keeps my work area clean.
Good quality and works well as long as you flour the mat the dough won't stick. The measurement guide helps when rolling out dough for the size you need. Fairly easy to clean.

Large silicon mat but sticky surface and very thin. ...
Large silicon mat but sticky surface and very thin. Not as durable feeling as the amazon mats (feels at least 2x thinner). Customer service responded very quickly after the review and offered a full refund, but i'm using the mat for other cooking instead of baking so increased rating to 4 stars.

Seems to be perfect. Great size
Seems to be perfect. Great size, nice markings, easily rolls up around pin for storage, is odorless and seems to leave no residue in dough. If it works out as well as expected, I'd upgrade to 5 stars.

Excellent for rolling out any type of dough; nice and pliable
I have had this mat for 2-3 yrs now. It sticks to your counter without moving and helps you roll out any dough to perfection. I love it! My go-to mat every time! I roll it up with a thin sheet of parchment paper, and store it in my cupboard, with no problem of curled edges, etc.

Great Pastry Mat - Adheres in place on counter, easy to clean
This is GREAT! I love that it sticks in place on your counter! I was using my mother's old tupperware version for so many years until it finally cracked too much and I could only use one side of it. It was time and boy, is this a much nicer, updated version! Highly recommend! So easy to clean, too.

Yeah, for Silicone Pastry Mat...
I have used a Tupperware Mat for years. This is such an improvement on that mat. You don't need anything to keep the corners down. Adheres to the counter top perfectly. The dough rolls out smoothly, and the measurements are good for pies, all sizes and rectangles. I can't believe it took me so long to go to the Silicone Mat.
