For reference, I am 5'2, dress size between 12-14, XL in tops. I had originally purchased the XL in this dress, which fit perfectly fine around the chest area but because I have big arms, it was too tight that I couldn't raise my arms. I returned and bought an XXL and it fit much better around the arms. It was a little big everywhere else but I didn't mind the extra room.

My favorite thing about this dress is the textured fabric, it’s so pretty. It fits true to size. There is a lot of room in the chest area, the length is perfect on me even though I’m tall (5’8”) it’s not too short on me! It’s not clingy but flowy & loose everywhere but the elastic waist, it’s a flattering design. There is a matching strip to belt/tie around the waist, or wear your own belt & tie the matching strip in your hair! Either way you want to cover the elastic fitted waist. It’s a really cute dress, comfy, made well, the caramel color is pretty, and they did not skimp on fabric for ruffles & flow! I love it!

I have been trying amazon fashion for a while now, and this is by far the best purchase and dress I have found. It really is a great dress and style for the price. I got the teal color and it is gorgeous. I typically order a size up for amazon dresses because I have found them to run tight in the chest or be too short on me as I am tall. This one I probably could have worked in a Medium as it was pretty large on me around my waist, but with the belt that came with it I just synched in in and it looks fine. I like the looser fit for this because it works well with the ruffles, effortless style. I ordered another in a light blue to wear to a wedding because I needed a pastel dress - perfection!! The dress was a little tough to get on because there wasn’t a zipper, but other than that I think the dress is great! It is good quality and a great color!

Wow! Such a nice dress. If you need a modest but cute dress this is definitely the one! Wore it to my nephews baptism and it was perfect. One thing I will note, do not size up! This is true to size and if you size up you’ll look like a sack of potatoes. Very good dress of you’re tall. I’m only 5’4 and the dress was a bit long (a little below the knee) so I’m getting it tailored. Overall great dress for family functions.

I am 5’7 and I usually wear an xl but I ordered a size up because I have a big butt, bigger than average and I didn’t want it to be short. The top part fit loosely because I got a size up but laid nicely still. I was worried about how it would fit up top because of my boobs not being as big. This dress exceeded my expectations and it is very comfortable and classy. If you are thinking about going a size up because you have a bigger top of bottom then I would suggest it to be on the safe size because it still looks great on. I am going to order another one soon. Love it!
