How many cans will it carry?

I don’t know. We used it last week for 1/2 gal milk, 6 cans, 2 water bottles, 6 bagel sandwiches, 6 flat bread Turkey sandwiches, some tangerines and raspberries, some yogurt, and butter. Does that help?

Will it drain my battery in my car

Your battery will only ever lose its power from two things , 1.) when the battery acid is due for changing and 2.) when you continue to use power while the car engine is off. As long as your battery is in good shape and you only use this cooler while your engine is running youre good

If I don’t plug in, how long does it take the inside temperature increases by 5 to 10 F if outside temperature is 90F?

I can't give an exact answer but based on my experience on unplugging, it seems that it took my Ivation about 30 minutes to drop 10 degrees because it is so well insulated. But that is my educated guess because I didn't have a thermometer with me I was only using my hands and feeling the temperature of the food and frozen items which had not changed much. I love this Cooler and Warmer! My experience with it has been great! Read my answers to other questions people have asked and you can see that I am pretty direct about my answers, either way. You have a certain return period so if you get it and try it and it doesn't work return it. Though be sure of the return warranty from whoever you buy it from of course. I don't think you'll find a regular cooler will hold up as well as this! Good luck!

Is there a longer dc adapter for the car? three feet is not long enough for my rave 4.

We used this unit in a small RV, and the 3-ft cord worked for the rear 12v outlet, but wouldn't reach the front, so we got an 8-foot extension cord and also 3-way splitter so we could also plug-in the phones and the laptop computer for charging. The 3-ft cord does stow in the cover of the cooler; a longer cord probably wouldn't stuff into that space.
