Still fully charged after 6 months
I got this unit and followed the instructions. I fully charged it and then, used it to charge my iPhone a number of times. I don't let my cell phone get too low on the charge level - so it's been about 30% to full charge on this backup battery - 6 times to 100% on my M1 chip iPhone. The Anker battery is hefty weight at 1.4 pds - so for me, I keep it on my office desk near the phone. I live in bad weather area, and this is my power out or basement run backup power, from bad storms. I will recharge it fully and keep aside for this purpose. A friend lived in Florida and recommended Anker to me. She used it during long days of powerouts. Good to have for cell phones for emergencies. And she used it for cross country road trips without issue. I've had mine 6 months. But the friend has had hers for several years. That's why I bought this unit myself: it came recommended. Now I pass that info on to you. It's a good investment. Portable. But I'd say - too big/too heavy for most pockets. I just tried it in a fairly good sized fanny pack and it fit in the largest pocket slot. Basically, it's not a tiny unit for on a local run. This is serious unit - for longer travel or possible longer power outlook situations. This unit came with the power cord / wall charger block and a little soft carry bag, but the bag is only for the battery it's self - the cord/block will not fit in it with the battery. I do feel with the storms getting worse the past couple of years, all over the US & world travel, it's peace of mind that I'm really buying, to be able to call emergency services, for extra hours/days. Money well spent, IMO.

*Solid One Stop Shop Solution (ds)
I'm a veteran user of power banks since around 2013 and I still have a few little ones scattered about that work. I also have a few large Jackery units in the 10k-20kmah that still hold power okay, but less than original of course. I wanted a single source for traveling with my MacBooks and this is my choice... haven't tried it on my MB Pro 16 (work laptop) but works great with my M1 MBP 13... The charger is nicer than the apple models for travel, lighter and more compact. So for me, this is my new "go to" solution for travel and I'm super happy with it.Details matter and the display is a high point, simple radial pattern makes ton of sense and instantly recognizable. Who needs digital numerals? Also, if you can show radially in 10% increments, then why do so many have 4 lights? So this is an excellent bit of kit and good balance between power and heft. Definitely not svelte, but you're getting a full-on spare laptop battery here. Also great around the house instead of plugging in a phone or tablet (or laptop) using an outlet because there's just plenty of juice in reserve all the time.Saw they have another model with the extra usbc device charging port (not for laptops) & with higher output 60wx1 usbc, 83 w/total vs. this @ 45wx1usbc, 60w total. I don't really see the value for practical use since I don't have a power hog of a laptop. and won't be charging more than 2 devices simultaneously with a laptop also...Will provide an update should I experience any concerns or troubles in the future.

Charges Super Fast
I have an older model Anker power bank of the same capacity. The old model allowed for double charge inputs with two micro USBs and would still take almost a full day to charge. This one charges in approximately 4 hrs. I'm a big fan of the multiple outputs too, allowing me to charge my phone and headlamp simultaneously in the mountains. All my Anker stuff is awesome quality and holds a charge well in cold weather. It is a bit bulk and heavy for backpacking, but I'm not sure that's to be avoided when getting a power bank with this capacity.
