When I first got this, I couldn't slide the door open. It was completely stuck but once I forced it open, then I never had a problem again. Aside from that, this works pretty well. It comes with a zip-lock style bag in there so you can keep your keys away from water if this is outside. What I did is to put a spare set of house keys in my shed and then put a pad lock on the shed that uses a combination. The rock doesn't really look real but if you hide this under a plant or somewhere it's not seen, then it won't draw attention but I wouldn't put this out in the yard somewhere as it will stick out. Overall, this is great and helps hide the key but doesn't really look like a natural rock.

This one is much better than the first I bought, it’s slide the bottom to open it and close it compared to the first purchased snap on and off.

I bought this after getting locked out of my house and having to pay way too much for a locksmith. I decided I was never doing that again lol. I keep a spare key in this now and it gives me peace of mind knowing I have a backup if I ever get locked out again. It looks surprisingly realistic and blends in nicely outside. The compartment fits my house key perfectly and is easy to open when needed. Definitely worth having!

Hard to open and can get stuck. The cavity is super small and barely fits a key with a regular key ring attached. Good thickness and looks decently real.

Very realistic and nicely made. Just the right size and I appreciate the little baggy that was included as extra protection against moisture.

It looks silly but it gives me great peace of mind. Our main door is the one that locks when it closes. I lost count on how many times I went to check on my mail and forgot the keys, being locked outside. This is a perfect solution for keeping a spare key reachable. It is not too big thought. Bulky keys wont fit.
